Why are folks acting like they've never redone the same movie several times over in the same language. How many Cinderella plot movies in English are there. At least with this you get the chance to learn a few phrases in another language
i just finished watching the movie i loved it and i freaking cried so much help. the soundtrack is so good , i love the choreography and the storyline + all the characters yeah sometimes it was cringe between Marlion and Katyia bc there were silence moments but they are so cute and i love them i definitely recommend watching this movie!!

i’m literally in love with this movie because it describes my exact situation right now. my parents want me to do ballet and i’ve been doing it my whole life but i don’t wanna do ballet anymore, i wanna do hip hop
I know the plot is not original but the soundtrack and dancing is what makes this movie in my opinion different and special in its own way. I actually really enjoyed watching it. Some awk moments but really good movie overall.
Where is Love 101 Season 2, Russian Doll Season 2, Tiny Pretty Things Season 2, Control Z Season 2, Bonding Season 3, Black Mirror Season 6, Dead to Me Season 3, The Politician Season 3, Dark Desire Season 2, Ragnarok Season 3, Kissing Game Season 2 and Jinn Season 2 (it was first arabic series that i watched and i really like it) ?? Some series that i mention im still waiting the confirmation about another season. i had to waiting like 1 year (example: Jinn). I know you make a lot of series but please dont forget about the series you had already production and now fans getting worried about another season or no. Im loyal to every series that i mention and im remember all of it, so please netflix read this🙏🏻

I like the actress. Not so sure about the film but i think she is pretty and as far as i know she is a german newcomer and for that she seemed good (at least in the trailer)
So a girl who learnt abt hiphop some weeks ago gets selected and other dancers who have danced years dont get it? As a hiphop dancer i dont think thts possible
The film didn't convince me in the acting or the dancing🤷🏻♀️!!! The script is a cheap copy of the Swedish Hip Hop Movie - Battle..which I personally liked much, much better😍 - where the dancing and acting was top class👌🏻❤️🤸🏻💃🏻
not them making ballet seem like some boring evil torture sport, save the last dance only made julia stiles' character merge both hiphop and ballet but never shamed the ballet part🙄
they didn‘t shame ballet either in this movie 😅 she actually mentions how she loves it, but she feels a burning fire when she does hip hop, and that’s how she know her parents felt when they did ballet.

This movie very hit and miss some the dance moves just look strange out of place and love chemistry is also non-existent for good portion of the film. Couple that with the dull filler points that could have gone to better use demonstrating why she choosing street only weeks of seeing it over her family legacy. Some decent scenes and a actual conclusion I give it 4.5/10
