16:32 I just sent my twin turbos off for refurbishment. I was very tempted to go single turbo, but they are incredibly fun with the twins and great on the street and well behaved. Yes the twins are complex and have issues, but I think it's worth keeping them.
By far one of the most respected but less talked about here state side. I dig the insight, that fd you took out was ridiculous for mostly stock. Goes to show a good builder and tube is most important.

great vid dino!, love rotaries, first car i had when i was 17 was a sa22c rx7. first time i went to japan in 2008 the highlight was visitng re ameniya, despite walking 2hrs there from the trainstation, luckly they drove me back. def need a rotary project car on the channel, a cheap non running rx8 would be ideal, rip the renesis out and stick a older ported 13b in.
I have to admit - I never was the biggest fan of a RX7 - just visually. The engine and stuff I always have been attracted to. Glad to see that some rotor masters handle their craft well. What I wondered to this day - why do the starting process of a rotary engine sounds always like a metallic scratch noise? Is it the combination of starter motor and flywheel? Edit: I have to say - I love to see them driving the cars while smiling. Those italian hips are not made for small japanese seats but what I´ve noticed; why is the head room in the driven car so spacious while the leg room isnt?! Just a seat rails setting? Cause the are not many people with short legs and stupid long upper bodys (would look weird no?)...Dino seems not to be a short guy.
They issue is the width of the aftermarket seats they go for. Not many people have jucy hips like yours truly 😂 That and the lowest and most comapact seat rail possible
Great content as always, that blue car doesnt look PP or even semi PP, are you sure it wasnt lost in translation that they mean exhaust porting? IE porting the factory peripheral exhaust ports as opposed to adding a peripheral intake port?
I remember they had a Green FD that was one of the high HP track car that competed.....❤ I wanted to ask is Yumekobo shop still around, they used to make sick FDs.....
Yea its a dope shop if your into just Fd rx7s couple fc,s and a rx8, but yea a shop i would love to see is one that does all the spectrums off rx,s but while u exploring tokyo u need to go find SOHIE KAKATUA i the 1st gen blue rx7 and go for a real rotary tour,off tokyo

(they are still around and they still have the famous cars and the racing cars so please record them)
Why Pan Speed over Re Amemiya? I always thought Re Amemiya was the go to. Not only heavy in the street, but also a lot of touge style builds and even JGTC.

This is why you dont need huge power. Its all about setup and the rotary is the perfect little engine to tickle up. NO MORE LS SWAPS.
