I'd say BS. PvP has 2 events and 2 different queues with vendor rep giving powerfuls every few games and every event requires you to do it no matter how much you dislike the unbalanced dumpster fire that is Destiny pvp. Meanwhile PvE gets stepvala grunting at us approvingly no matter how many strikes we run or how efficiently we clear the strike.
Yeah pvp is the only fucking thing in that game. Anyone assuming Pve has a role in destiny is clearly just walking around a empty world doing fuck all lol.

@@talagothunscathed3425 the rewards quality per time put in are DRASTICALLY leaned toward PvP. It was the best way to get power levels at the start of a season because the Rep powerful drops. Luckily Strikes and stepvala are getting that so that will be even. Open world doesn't reward enough to be worth anyone's time except for legendary lost sectors (major pain to do but good rewards) or rss farming.
Next season it's more even in those rewards as Stepvalla gets his much needed rework to be like Shaxx and/or Drifter.

The issue isn't that they put D1 content in D2. It is that they rely on the D1 content to carry D2 these days. Also the vaulting of other content in that process and don't even get me started on how bad seasons are. D2 was best during forsaken.

Honestly, eververse is virtually useless if you don't buy silver or bright dust from innocuous tasks, it's just more content most of the playerbase can't/doesn't use.
You can only go so far with an anticheat, BattlEye is one of the best for what it does. No namespoofing, chat spoofing, stat changing, item giving, none of that at all.
@@markegipto1462 destiny won't tab out if discord is running, I tab to dim and destiny just gets stuck minimized until I turn off discord then it suddenly opens back up and I can tab in and out as much as I want.

But here’s the thing, most of the actual lore is in the lore books, and most casuals or people who play Destiny 2 just for the weapons or pvp won’t find much lore unless they dig, it wasn’t until Season 13 that we got a lot of in-game story telling.

Most of that is stuff you have to read though. If I have to go out of my way to even know wtf is going on then that’s not a good implementation of lore. It might as well not even be there because most people ain’t reading that shit.

Not that true. Great guns like Izanagis Burden, Anarchy and Whisper of the Worm were nerfed because they were too good in PvP. Bungie is now starting to nerf guns for only PvP if they are only OP in PvP.

In PvP when Whisper was the best exotic sniper before Burden came in from black armory missed shots were rewarded with how Mulligan at the time worked which made it twice as strong in PvP for bad snipers. Burden was broken for a bit but gotten nerfed/fixed and Anarchy was able to shut out choke points because of of how its perk work. Want a current example? The current problem of Vex Mythoclast. It's able to outgun any weapon and with it's catalyst gives rampage but on crack. "Oh but 140's" even then still out guns them and one of my main weapons is a 140 Hand Cannon sooooo.

I know I might get hate for this but I actually love destiny 2. The amount of hidden lore within the game is what keeps me coming back. But I will also say that this current season has so far been my absolute favorite.
The lore and stories have always been amazing, it's just the way bungo goes about bringing that lore to life that makes it dogshit.

D2 when it first came out was dog. Just the music and the campaign were good. Everything else....🗑, D2 now...is still meh. PVE is actually a lot of fun, PVP🧐, probably the worst thing about D2.

The amount of content they give is fine. It’s just when they make it so you can’t get any loot for a week it’s dumb. They need to make different loot tables. I would rather have a .01% chance of getting what I want and have infinite chances then have a 5% chance and have to wait a week.
That point zero one chance will push you away lol you'll end up getting everything but what you want and nothing but repeats, at least there is a guaranteed method but still sucks regardless.
