Yesterday i heard a video with one of the devs that were let off say leaks on next season and final shape and he said the word for word. “There will be a new red subclass in final shape.” Just don’t know when.

About the stasis grenade cooldown myth. We don't know what grenades Shadow had on when he switched from arc to stasis. It could just have been that he had an arc grenade with a higher base cooldown than the stasis grenade.
That’s exactly what happened, yes. My point is that the tooltip is misleading, at best
Tooltip is a left over from when stasis was first introduced before subclasses 2.0. Back then it was true

24:24 though reload cancelling doesn't speed up actual reloading, but it gives the time to enter at aiming, so you don't need to spend the time for aiming without reload cancelling (after common reloading)

I feel like some of these myths have shreds of truth in them that people are just missing. Yes opening bounties in the tower gives you more XP than in orbit, but only if you're in a FT with shared wisdom.
You don’t even have to be in the tower You could just have your entire team in orbit
You do need to be in an activity for the XP boost to show up. Unless they changed that this season.@@errxrlost527
@errxrlost527 no, shared wisdom does *not* apply in orbit, only in social spaces and patrol zones/activities. That's been true for a very long time, how much XP have you missed out on 😢
I love finishing exploding enemies into another group of enemies. Bonus if they are also exploding. Also, the supers going through servitor shields is SUPER useful when you have a barrier servitor that you can't kill because their are too many ads around, and you can't kill the ads because the servitor keeps shielding.

It's like bowling, but with enemies instead of pins, and casualties instead of points
Here are some things from a trace-rifle groupie:
1. Ager's Scepter has snow that falls off with physics while you shoot the beam (you can see it easily while crouched in the Enclave)
2. Coldheart Ice (Base-Skin) melts as you shoot it, and re-freezes shortly after you stop shooting
3. When you reload Ruinous Effigy, it's wing like magazine opens for a split second before closing in as you insert the magazine.
4. If you stand perfectly still while shooting the Wave-Splitter, after a short time it stops making any sound (not crouched, tested in the Enclave).
5.The Proximity Explosive Knife (Solar Hunter Melee) flashes red brightly if you get close enough to it (ally)
6. Cryosthesia 77k makes BIG BLUE BALL when you shoot it's special attack on non-event Blights in the Dreaming City (don't know about the Public Event ones)
RE: pineapples - There's also a lorebook entry in which Eris is trying to cook according to a random recipe she found, and was confused about pineapples. A later entry in the same book has a guardian bring her pineapple seeds found on Titan's arcology, if memory serves.
Ghost also has a line about it
The Trials Emblem also changes Outbreak Perfected and Colony.

On the sand wasp myth at 4:10 it's not the only gun to do that. There is one other a scout rifle i believe called contingency plan that also does it.

@ShadowDestiny it's really just that the people that built the models had the zero zero at the barrel, years ago. There is a few more I believe, not just sand wrap and contingency plan.
I noticed Hard Light has a similar bug when I was grinding out it's catalyst

@ShadowDestiny I would like to point out that reload cancel is technically true in some weapons, so you can divide the loading animation into two parts and the animation continues even after it appears that you already have another bullet in the magazine, for example in the MECHABRE sniper

The Zone Cap-speed bonus being limited to 3 is actually stated in the game hints on loadscreens these days. it does state that it wont go any faster, with more than 3, but each participant still counts for 1 point you get per person in it.
Sacrificing B at the beginning of the game is definitely not worth the extra three points though lol
I loved the video! If you still take myths, here is one I found:
I'm a Strand player and when I create tangles, I always tag them with my hand canon. Not only to spawn treadlings, but also to not get tangled up with tangles from other players.
Your own tangles can be destroyed by just 1 shot, 2 if farther away. Tangles from other players are stronger and need 4 to 5 shot to destroy.
When I find that I need more than 1 shot (or two if farther away) I leave the tangle alone and for the rightful owner to use.
Sand Wasp is not the only weapon that rotates around the end of the barrel, Hard Light does that as well
What would happen if 2 blight rangers are blocking a knife back and forth and someone walks into it? Would it be a one shot?
What if it just error coded them and the person who deflected it most recently?
That'd be funny ngl
at 6:45 it's not just the ace skin, it is any trials skin for a weapon, including the armor, ghost shell and adept weapons. For the glow you need to have gone flawless and there is another trials emblem that makes you glow blue as well.
Now do a 1000 myths... "boss music plays"

It is faster it cuts out most finishers wind up portion of the animation like the reel back the base warlock has

if a rocket launcher has a magazine of 1 round and you shoot it and reload as fast as you can, your magazine will have 2 rounds in it next time. (Doesn't always work, but when it works... it's great.)

At 4:40 the stasis grenades still have their own timers so if you switched to a different one it can have a longer cd
the tool tip that states stasis has a longer cooldown was true at one point
where all light abilities had the same cooldown before the 30th anniversary update
once bungie made every ability have its own cooldown that tooltip has been false

11:43 Devils Ruin is a continuous beam rather than a projectile. Chaos Reach does the same thing to arc striders

These vids are always great but if im being honest my favorite parts are always the ones like the bouncing hunter knife where you amd your team are just having so much fun with the game.

36:00 you used to be abel to damage yourself by standing in water way back in year 1 destiny 1, but was seemingly patched in the taken king
1:30:00 something else interesting about the tormentor attack is that it cannot hit you if you are above it. it only arcs downward. if you hop up on the rock pillar on the far right side of the arena during that spot in the hyper net strike, youre good. (also, if you get the aggro of the tormentor in that spot and he jumps up onto the higher platform, he will become jump locked and will just never stop jumping up and down, similar to the Lightblade. makes that section for the GM much easier, just make sure your other fireteam members aren't too close)

2:46 there's also a navigation system called ORCA
Bomber works differently on the three classes because of the cooldown. Hunters getting less because it’s the fastest to get their class ability back and the warlocks, having the longest, so that’s why they have a buff on the number of energy they get back. It also works like that with the other mods. (Bomber, Outreach, Distribution and Dynamo)

Odd one, check it, hierarchy bow has the over penatration like anti barrier on targets, even shoots through allies. Another thing, on shaders, vex descendant makes a few glows look broken or decaying. Very noticeable on the season of dawn ornaments
Still love the fact one of these myths was something mentioned before shadowkeep even launched and has been officially spoken about

The Nova Warp thing will get patched, Handheld Supernova was doing the same thing recently and it basically trivialized Duality because you can freeze spawn doors shut
You’re 100% right the ramp never existed we used to have to go through the side of the alley that was their until they changed everything drastically for no reason tbh
I honestly learned to jump and glide properly cuz I went up that silo thing to that first lost sector. I hate that as a new light so much.

Great video! Regarding the ISS myth: it’s there in Destiny 1 right after loading into the patrol zone, just look up. Unfortunately one of the many things that got stripped from the gorgeous skybox.
44:01 have you tried the second witherhoard detonating in a pool below the enemy while they're affected by a direct hit? the damage potential there is pretty good

14:31 It's actually true, I've had it happen to me a few times.
It's not a special animation per-se, rather the gun hold animation just gets bugged a bit. Instead of holding the gun normally, the gun gets flipped sideways a bit and shifts to the right of your character.
1:40 bruh, that Titan just tanked a Shadowshot super with his Juggernaut shield. Getting hit with that is instant death. Should be myth confirmed
It's not instant death though, not at all, it deals like 126 dmg, it's a pathetic shit ass super that can't one-shot even on a direct hit, you need to be on 3 shot tether for it to "one-shot" as long as at least 2 arrows connect which is inconsistent.
@@theoutlaw6044 whaaa? No way-Did that change? Dang, I was pretty sure getting hit with the one shot tether would insta-kill.
@@ringo_brown I wish it instakilled, and it really should, I don't understand how bungie came to the conclusion that a one and done super should only deal slightly more than half of a guardian's health
@@theoutlaw6044 but you are right, the one-shot tether is great for PVE and perfect for zone control if used correctly, but Void-Locks can use their Child of Old Gods to turn enemy tethers to friendly ones if the tether shot is planted as a trap and not activated.

the sprinting before reload trick works for me, i used ENYO-D mainly for it, as soon as i see the mag enter, i sprint and it works, im on PC if that helps, it does work tho its a small bit difficult to time
I have been a hunter main since right after lunafaction boots were reworked to increase reload speed instead of Auto reloading.
I would like to clarify a couple of things in this video.
Firstly, the quickfang and goldtusk do not make you sprint faster because they are Hunter swords, but because they are lightweight frame. Weapons like Rose, Nightwatch, and Funnelweb do the same.
Secondly, the Nighthawk golden gun killing the titan... that is because of keyhole. It over penetrates targets, making it so that it does damage to the bubble, and then keeps going. If the Titan who casted the bubble dies by any means, the bubble will despawn.
Similar principle killing Fallen shielded by servitor, or taken shielded by a goblin.
Those are side, there was quite a bit of information in this video that I find useful. Especially picking up motes with class abilities. That info made me rethink my Gambit build.
I have a question if you are able to test it or if anyone is able to answer me. The buff for Cooperative emotes after a rank up, does it stack with ranking up yourself, or the lava challenge buff? I know that ranking up and the lava challenge buff stack, but if you can add an even higher jump to that, that would be cool.

Myth: you have infinite weave walk in mayhem
The luminous void shader was in the brightness store last week and now it’s all over everything everywhere I’m half expecting to see the next dreg I face rocking that shader. It’s a good one tho
Another weird interaction in the tower I found. If you interact with vendors while you are jumping you will stay in your 3rd person view while interactiing with them. Doing it with Rahul will freeze you on the engrams and you cant back out or go to the material exchange screen. You have to load fast travel or an activity to get out of it.

After watching this I think it's confirmed that hunter and titan have way more abilities to negate damage than a warlocks

The titan solar melee is only used when you hit something, so when i play crucible, i use it to rotate and move much faster around because i have a huge dash without using any energy
33:57 you can strand skate as well with warlock. it’s same inputs as wellskating but it will waste the super. still fun though

The vs interceptor vs tank think is kinda funny because I only started a month before Lightfall & was sprinting to get everything I could from that last season, this was one of the first/hardest missions I played, solo even, so I learned that trick early.
9:30 it’s emoting that increases your chalice speed. U have to emote really fast and it fills it up super quick
It’s a UI glitch does not work, I’ve Sherpaed 9 teams through featherlight triumph, that’s 100s of attempts through abyss encounter, no matter what in that specific encounter it takes 25 seconds.
If you RUN toward and into the dive of a diving chicken (as soon as you see it telegraph the move run at it the moment it jumps so you hit it head on) it will do HALF the amount of usually high damage compared to trying to evade, strafing, shooting it or standing still.
This is such a great myth video. You would think you'd run out of myths to bust. This game is so ridiculously deep.

Swapping weapons does charge the Challis faster but you have to go through the full animation of pulling your gun out. You can not spam it you need like a half second to a full second pause in-between
about the mobility myth that supposedly increases sprint speed.....its actually your base walking speed that is increased, along with jump height (iirc it even says it in the mobility stat description)
