Hey im Shawn, I am an US Army Veteran. I grew up riding until about 12yrs old. My dad passed, and I just lost the passion to ride. Joined the military when I found out I was going to be a Dad myself, So I joined and got my ass handed to me physically and mentally. Then 2 months away from being discharged, I lost my wife to suicide. At that point I desperately needed a healthy way to cope, so I got back into dirtbikes which saved my life. Now I install Roofs, gutters, and HVAC systems in 120°!!! Anyway, I appreciate everything you do man. Watching your videos definitely makes a difference in my life as well!! Cheers

Hey I'm Jordan. I work as an automotive technician which is super interesting on its own, but it's actually dirt bikes that got me into it. My best friend's dad got me into bikes and always made us clean them every ride and do all the maintenance and work ourselves, that led to me working on my own cars when I was old enough and eventually landed a job in the trade. I still wrench on my own bikes (have an 02 yz250 and a '99 yz125 that's a project) and friends bikes when I have time.
What up I’m Nick! I’m a 19 year old tech school student and a CNC machinist. During my time as a student I’ve been able to make some of my own bits and pieces to my bikes. My most recent and favorite project was boring out my 03 yz250 triple clamps for slightly larger 04 forks I scored for cheap. Watching your videos keep me motivated to go above and beyond with my steel frame build, as well as inspired me to take a few videos of some of the interesting custom machining work and restoration along the way. Cant wait to share the videos with everyone.
I’m Robert from Sweden, I do motocross and heavy motorcycle restoration work full time. Mostly vintage bikes. I have my own powder coating shop and fully equipped with any sandblast stuff. Have my own machine shop, enough equipment for reproduce pistons, cylinder liners, piston rings, etc. However I do not yet rebuild cylinders with Nikacil. And I do not make gear box gears and front forks. All else I reproduce if needed. Currently restoring a Suzuki RM125 model R/S 1994 and the next is a Kawasaki Z750D 1998. Moved away from home 7 years ago live in Illinois now. Been a plumber for the last four years. Funny knowing this is what we are all doing when we get home from work, wrenching on our bikes. Hi my name is Fernando and I’m a diesel mechanic for a manufacturing company. You are the reason why last year for my 41 birthday I bought a Rmz450. Never owned or ridden a dirt bike in my life but you inspired me to go for it. I love it
I was a tower crane operator in 🇨🇦. Some jobs 40 stories up in the air. We have our local track in the middle of the city. So in between lifts I was in my binoculars watching people hit the huge jump and jumping down into the valley. Loved it. But since my bike accident I haven't worked or rode. But now I'm healthy and good to go. I can't afford a new bike Winning this will be life changing. I'm praying 🙏 Charles I love your show. It gives me hope that one day I can ride again and have my life back. Thank you
I know how bad you want it, Don! That’s a super cool story, always got a kick out of tower cranes, especially when they are packed into crowded downtown areas. Always thought it was wild! Because it is! My fingers are crossed for you on this one, and I appreciate you being a part of what I’m doing. Means the world to me. You are going to Ride again, no matter what. Whether I exist or not!
Hey I'm Roger and I'm a recovering addict, I have a little under 8yrs of sobriety and for work I am a sober living house manager. Love the vids bc they occupy my mind during down time. Love dirt bikes even more!! Lol
Exactly who cares what anybody else thinks as long as you’re happy with what you’re doing and it’s what you want doesn’t matter when anybody else thinks
Truer words have never been spoken! Unfortunately, the society we live in is absolutely enamored with what other people think. I got stoked when people realize it and break out of their shells
Im a 30yo 2nd generation dairy farmer from New York. Working 90+ hours a week any time I’m not on the farm my second passion is anything moto! I’m always spending time wrenching on my fiancé and my ever growing dirtbike collection or riding moto. Inspired by you and many other dirtbike enthusiasts I built my first frame up resto mod a 99 KX250. Love the videos might have to try this cryo heat on the transmission of my next build!
I'm Chris, a union heavy equipment operator, liked your message on not givin a F what others think and keep movin forward!! Actuallly needed to hear that right now, thx Charles. Enjoy the vids on both channels
Hey Chris! Thanks for watching the video and for dropping a comment! Truth be told, you were exactly who I was talking to in that case 💪 keep it pinned and screw the rest, my friend!
Grew up riding an old Suzuki my dad got me for my 10th birthday at a yard sale for $70 that was older than me. Freakin loved that bike. Then bought a 2002 honda cr250r brand new when I was 19 and freaking love that bike. Still have her and will never get rid of it. I just got a brand new Crf450r. My first four stroke. I have a yz125, rm125, xr100, ltz400, and a trx400ex my kids ride. I love wrenching on all my bikes. Took 15 years to accumulate all these and love it. I did construction running heavy equipment for 10 years with Operating Engineers local 12 and loved it but hated driving all over California for work. Now I work for the Water District for the past 8 years wrenching on water treatment plants. Love my job but would rather wrench on dirt bikes all day. Brother you’re living my dream. I want to start buying bikes, fixing them up then flipping them in my free time. Hope your channel blows up and hoping to win this bad ass bike to keep of course not to sell👍🏻
Josh here 27, Jack of all trades master of none. Last 5 years I’ve spent operating 12’ diameter granite saws building mausoleums and column barium’s. Before that I loaded and hauled round wood up in the middle of nowhere canada. Been riding since I was 2 on my 1983 jr50. Didn’t turn into local pro until I was 24!
Retired law enforcement officer of 29 years, started working on bikes when I was 12 cause my dad was a diesel mechanic so lots of on the job training in mechanic work. Now I still teach in law enforcement occasionally, wrench on bikes, ATVs, and jet skis. Then I work quite a bit with an epoxy company part time pouring and designing floors, walls and countertops. I’m busier now in my 50s than I could have ever imagined. I pass my mechanic knowledge to my kid and his friends along the way since they all love to ride.
I’m a 57yr old union (although I’m not a “lefty”) commercial/industrial HVAC, refrigeration, and boiler mechanic of 34yrs in Oregon (5yrs to retirement!). I appreciate all things that are done well, which is why I enjoy MXR and MXSS… y’all are world class (good natured) “wise-guys” (LOL), and are serious mechanical artists! I own and enjoy 3 dirt bikes, one dual sport bike, and a Harley. After I retire I plan to buy, fix up, and sell used dirt bikes when I’m not out riding or Jeepin’ in my Gladiator. Charles, you’re spot on about doing your own thing, I remember back when you were (awesomely) building out that box trailer in Cali to be your workshop, now look at ya! Keep on keepin’ on! 👍🏼
Love this! Thank you for sharing! I remember all the Union guys being pushed to vote Dem... I never did get into the politics, makes me wanna barf. Although I appreciate the reasoning & how/ why unions are great. Gave me everything I worked hard for. Dude, what are you going to do after you retire???!!! Rad! Thank you, bro. Dream chasing really gives a guy that edge I tend to see on the faces of the lost souls who gave up & don't even realize it... Have a great day, my dude!

I am 28 and I work in information technology. Currently doing mostly remote support to businesses were contracted to provide technical support to. I also build and setup servers that get deployed on site with clients. Working my way into information security and networking. I am wheelchair bound due to cerebral palsy, but i grew up riding quads around my dad and his group of moto friends. Spent many weekends at the races. Been to all but one or two millville pro races in the last ~25 years When im not riding i enjoy playing video games with friends, and collecting pocket knives.
@@mxrevival definitely wouldn't have been possible without my great father doing whatever he could do include me despite my disability. I may only be rolling around the track on a 200cc Polaris Phoenix "kids" quad but it sure beats not being out there.

I now work as a parts manager for a Kawasaki dealership is AZ. So cool getting to see where everyone is coming from, and what a great idea for a comment giveaway 👍
Fiber Optic Sales Engineer for Corning. I made it my goal to work there after a lot of people said I would never be able to get in. My hard work and a passion for learning has proven that it was the best place for me to go! BTW, the seat couldn’t be any more perfect!
Isn't that the best? Then you get to "rub it in" with more hard work. The best, most fulfilling type of middle finger 💪 Thank you, I hope that fresh seat ends up under your a$$!
Hi, I’m a first year heavy equipment mechanic apprentice. Going away for first round of school/ training next month. I really liked the information about the seat as well as the transmission
Sup brother, hope your weekends going well. Im 35 and a full time care giver for my fully disabled brother. I don't get rich doing what I do. Sometimes, there's more important things in life besides only money, and family, for me, it is one of those things. I build two strokes as my hobby though when I get free time, love building up the old two strokes. Appreciate ya and these videos you have been putting out over the years. Stay blessed bro 🙏 🙌 and good luck to everyone, who ever wins this bike will be stoked no doubt.
I'm 30 years old and I'm in the controls/ low voltage/hvac business. I install and wire hvac controls, exhaust fans, humidifiers, damper actuators, etc. Also run communication wire to all the devices back to a panel in data rooms so that the company can log in to there network and manage there hvac from the computer!

Thanks for addressing one of the most important performance mods on a bike. For me, nothing is as distracting as a hard shifting unreliable trans. I’m a publisher by accident, well sort of. Along with the many trades I’ve worked in,they all tie together. In high school I became a certified offset printer in graphic arts. And certified autobody repair. I’ve been a top motorcycle salesman, plumber, and radio voice over guy. Learning from each and taking bits from each prepared me for publishing my own magazines. My first published photo was in the 80s of a buddy jumping his factory Cagiva. It was used for their promotional ad package. Little did I know that my love of moto would prepare me for publishing photos of things that don’t move. Homes! Though much of my industry, “ Real Estate “ is web driven, photos are still the most important part of the ad package. In my personal life, getting shots of rides with buddies is my personal pleasure. I treasure each memory. I’m going to bookmark that cryo trans place after I post this. Thanks
I just want to say thank you again for the tyre stickers. I’m picking up my first brand new dirt bike in a couple of days and they will look sick on the bike!

I’m 53. All my f#cks were given at 30. I have been without since and that’s when life begins. I am going to run my first Enduro next spring. I am an IT contractor. I can’t get a full time job because I am honest and I always do the right thing for my client and not for me.

@@mxrevival build is non existent at this point. Lots of parts acquired but its too hot to F around in the garage after work. Been fishing on the weekends.
This is the first video of yours that I’ve watched. You are doing beautiful work on these builds but as the video went on, one issue came up for me… calling your bikes a “giveaway” is false advertising. “Give” means FREE! If you have to buy a ticket to enter, your bikes are actually “Raffle” bikes. Just my .02¢ even though I’m giving it free.
Thanks for watching! I appreciate your feedback. It is in fact sort of a blanket term. Just like every other truck, car, tractor, boat giveaway. When you’re doing what I’m doing, and for a couple of years, you figure out the best way to appeal to your audience and also make it relatable & quickly understood that said item can be “won”. This particular giveaway is raffle style. Our other bike builds have been donation style, where we give a lot of money to charity afterwards. Hence, the relatable blanket term, a.k.a. giveaway. It is the easiest way to describe what people like myself are doing. Hope that makes sense & I hope you have a great weekend. PS, you didn’t tell us what you do for a living?

I can't afford a new bike
Winning this will be life changing.
Union Sparky just like you, local 569. Your good ass dude Charles. If I ever see you in person, I'm shaking your hand 🤝.
Looking forward to it, brother! Thanks for watching it for the super kind words
Another great video!!!
Huge thanks, appreciate you being here for them
Retired law enforcement officer of 29 years, started working on bikes when I was 12 cause my dad was a diesel mechanic so lots of on the job training in mechanic work.
Started with state parks and now work for the national parks- LAKE.
Been riding bikes for 30+ years and am wrestling with a 03 rm250 on the jetting and enjoy your videos
Been to all but one or two millville pro races in the last ~25 years
When im not riding i enjoy playing video games with friends, and collecting pocket knives.
This is such a killer post! Nothing can stop you my man. Thank you for sharing such an awesome story with all of us 💪
@@mxrevival definitely wouldn't have been possible without my great father doing whatever he could do include me despite my disability. I may only be rolling around the track on a 200cc Polaris Phoenix "kids" quad but it sure beats not being out there.
I am working as a housekeeper at our local VA hospital. I am an Army and Desert Storm vet, so I get to hang out with my brothers and sisters while keeping a clean and sanitary environment for them!
I love that, Todd! Really cool to finally know what you do as well. Thank you for sharing and for your service. As well as taking care of your brothers and sisters that served as well.
Electrical engineer and software engineer for drones (currently) by day and by night I occasionally do CAD designs for guys that build and giveaway sweet dirtbikes!
What haven't I done. From Ace Hardware as my first job in high school to running a car wash and owning a landscaping business. Been divorced for 4 years with 2 girls in grade school. I now work as a parts manager for a Kawasaki dealership is AZ. So cool getting to see where everyone is coming from, and what a great idea for a comment giveaway 👍
I work in PCB, Printed Circuit Board, design and manufacturing for one of the top 5 defense contractors here in the US.
Too cool, Joel!
Whats up, Charles? I'm Dewayne, I've been an Extruder operator for over 20 years. We make all kinds of food and medical labels and packaging.
Hey dude! I’ll start by saying THANK YOU for being a part of so many mXrevival bike builds and giveaways! So epic, I can’t thank you enough.
Also, I think your career is my most interesting “pick” so far in this comment thread! I had to look it up, that’s really cool.
I’m Craig and I travel the US as a Wind Turbine Technician doing major component exchanges.
Super interesting career! I remember some of my foreman back in the electrical career days heading out to wind and solar farms and thought it was pretty nuts.
Also get a kick out of watching those big ass blades go down the freeway to their final destination
Charles what's going on dude ? I am late to the show as I was out mowing the lawn ( 2 acres) ugg I worked at a small cycle shop for many years then went to a Suzuki Kawasaki ski doo Polaris dealer for a few years and now with Toyota for the last 25 years and am 55 years old and 😮😮😮😮😮 have been racing mx since 1977 and still going strong ❤ great video always enjoy ❤ say hey too Uncle Tony for me - love the RM I raced RM 125-250s for ten years in a row !!! Soft spot for all Zooks ❤
I have a 06 RM 250 Guts seat foam was a perfect fit for stock seat pan.
Good to know! I could’ve sworn that’s what I ordered, but it must’ve been Moto Seat on RMATVMC
What's up Charles. I'm Matt, 40 years old. I'm a pipeline controller in West Texas(10 years). Can't wait to snag a graphics set so i can finally order plastic from you. Lol
Sweet bike!
2:27, I am 58 and I am still jacked up about MX and Enduro bikes 🤘😁
Stay relentless my dude!
@@mxrevival Oh yes!

Thanks
I'm a non union plumber. Was in the bike industry for 10 years
Rad! Thanks for taking some time out of your day to join us here 💪
Hey Charles, i am a cabinet builder making people's kitchens Great again.
A true craftsman! That’s awesome, thank you for dropping your profession!

That sounds like a job that keeps you busy!
I’m 53. All my f#cks were given at 30. I have been without since and that’s when life begins. I am going to run my first Enduro next spring.
I am an IT contractor. I can’t get a full time job because I am honest and I always do the right thing for my client and not for me.
Are those gold wheels or yellow on the customers bike (5:50) Charles? Look gold to me but thought I'd ask.
Just like my RMZ, the mag hubs and yellow gold. Not the classic gold. instagram.com/p/C9fRlN4PIVX/?igsh=MWw0MGF2M25hZHdlZA==
Hope your Suzuki Build is moving along great and you can always email me for more information. Happy to help you.

Thank you my man!
Looking sexy as always Chuck! Oh and the bike is tator tots to lol !❤
🤣 thank you Homie! Hope all is well!

Have you tried WPC treatment instead of micro polish? It’s far superior for reducing friction.
Nope! What is it?

There’s a lot of information on this metal treatment. It should do big things for your build and far superior to micro polishing
