Thank you for your work. : ) As an interesting side note - My wife makes weighted blankets she also make weighted lap blankets and capes for children with ADHD, anxiety, autism; and other problems. They seem to be help by the W- blankets, laps and capes. (Not trying to sell anyone anything my wife is a RN sewing is what she does to relax) I kind of think we would have had this back before by the heavy wool blankets we would needed to stay warm in bed before we got central heating.
@@glen1arthur oh cool i have a mild autism but issue is now that summer is coming i often dont wear any blanket when sleeping but when i do which i will prob do when central ac is on i use pillow to weigh down the light blanket
obviously your cellphone will be on airplane mode and the headphones will be wired. Like I mentioned, its quite impossible to avoid EMF completely, but there ARE steps to drastically reduce it

@drmichaelvan Hi doctor what do you know about iron overload hemochromatosis and it's assossiation with bad sleep, SIBO, candida, indigestion, and weather is cupping is enough to get rid of exess iron or you have to do weekly blood donations.
I know iron overload is bad for many reasons. It would seem to prevent proper oxygenation, which can negatively affect many bodily functions, including sleep and digestion.
on the contrary, it has actually helped with my congestion. A big reason is the nitric oxide enhancing properties. Of course, if you can hardly breathe, then it would be extremely difficult and not advised, so obviously common sense when choosing to tape is useful in that respect.
Watch and read every piece of sleep instruction you can find. Follow them to the letter! Don't do the things you're not supposed to do! DO things you ARE supposed to do. Exercise, same bed time, dark room, no noise.. etc Become aware of what you EAT, DO, WATCH, THINK... in the hours preceding bedtime.

How do you do binaural beats when sleeping? Isn't wearing a headphone counter productive due to the EMF?

What about the risks of getting a stuffy nose while using the mouth tape??? Is a chin strap a better idea to prevent sleep apnea???
