Dr. Mike, you have done so many biohacks: cold showers, omad, superfood intakes, HIIT...compared to those, do you think deep sleep is the most important biohack one can ever do?
I don't suffer from insomnia and not having problem falling to sleep.BUT I go to bed at 11 and suddenly woke up at around 4:40 -4:50 everyday which I don't want to and then I feel cold and not able to sleep . I don't know it's because of the temperature or something but i really hate to wake in just about 6 hrs. I want to sleep 8-9 hrs 😭 What to do?????????? 😭
I'm just wondering, how do people living in tropical countries sleep at night? Especially without A.C.? How do you lower the temperature in your rooms? And humidity?
I disagree with your room temperature settings. I'd wake up of getting cold if I keep the temperature so low. Plus, keeping temperature so low also eats up lot of power.
Just want to toss this out there, the uv settings on air filters or electrostatic cleaners are not good, they may attract partials and kill bacteria; but they ionize the air and can range from irritating to carcinogenic.

Awesome!
The usual problem for me is weather is coldest in the morning making it hard to wake up and warmest at night making it hard to sleep
Keep windows open at night doesnt really work in Canada, it's often -20 degrees here!

I lived in Thailand. It's true that every house needs A.C. in every room. Or at least a fan.

What would be a large dose of CBD?
One kilogram before bed
How many hours before I go to bed is it safe to exercise?
It is safe to exercise at any time, but typically waiting a couple hours will help sleep performance
