    How gymnasts have such wide back? (Top 10 Exercises)
    Gymnastics is incredibly an complex sport, where gymnasts need to move their whole bodyweight with ease.
    And in this process the back muscles take their part for sure.
    You can see this on ring specialist gymnasts, which honestly isn’t surprising based on how difficult skills they do.
    BUT, you don’t need to do gymnastics routines and brutal skills to have the wide and thick back they have.
    Besides the special skills gymnast do general strength and conditioning, that’s not a surprise, and this exercises you can learn as well.
    So in this video I’m going to show you the top 10 back exercises that gymnasts do, and so you can!
    I’d like to highlight that most of these exercises require thorough preparation and basic strength, so before you try them, watch the entire video, because after the top 10 exercises I will tell you where you can find these informations for free.

    I’m 60 yrs old and getting back in shape after years of marital bliss . Still marital bliss i’m just fat and older now . Your strong as hell so i’ve said no to weights and have been watching and doing your exercises as instructed with prep work first . In three weeks ive seen incredible gains in my strength and have lost 20 lbs . Couldn’t do but 3 damn push-ups now i’m up to 20 and building . Thank you sir .

      That’s great, but don’t say no to weights haha
      Definitely use weights, just don’t fall for the SBD powerlifting stuff
      Barbell overhead press and dumbbell lateral raises are essential lifts for muscles that are hard to build with bodyweight only

    Being an experienced bodybuilder(20 years gym workout)i always had a big and well trained back but adding your gymnastic methods to my workout realy got me to the next level, thank you for that 👏👍

    I train with weights but I love doing pullups! Great exercise to get the v-shape back than many people look for!

    really great video thanks a lot! I love that you mention the rows because I really need to do them every day. Sitting at a desk almost the whole day the rows are a perfect exercise to get the balance back you need.

    When you do Weighted pull up,do you perform the pull up chest to bar?
    Is it optimal for muscle growth chest to bar or chin over bar?

    I train bjj (advanced beginner), and gymnastic is very interesting as a complement. I would be interested in gymnast techniques to fall properly on the ground

    Hey Adam, love your channel so much I joined your method. One question though that I haven’t (yet) seen you talk about is what kind of of general body warm up do you like to do? Like arm bike, rowing, boxing/punching bag, cycle… I like to do your pre-hab stuff then some light aerobic then the strength. But, wondered if you have any prescriptions to get the blood flowing and heat in the muscles and joints before you start working them.

    I am a truck driver. Any suggestions for a workout while on the road? Collapsible parralets? Rings off the back of the trailer, could do rows that way. High parralets, would be my best option, I think.

      Good quality resistance bands are amazing when used correctly. I take mine whenever I travel.

      Don’t sleep on bodyweight training my man. Try 50 down or even get into advanced callisthenics moves if you can’t get any equipment.

    Buttermaker is so damn hard ! I think the majority of bending arm exercises are harder than with straight arms..
