Sometimes it’s clinical. Sometimes spiritual. Sometimes both. Hard to discern. In any case, we shouldn’t over-spiritualize - but most people have the opposite problem and under-spiritualize. A deliverance prayer only takes a minute.
There is also something called a chemical imbalance in the brain which causes this. Maybe the devil's brain is over loaded with a chemical imbalance. lol

Exactly! This is one of my greatest weaknesses. As a very sensitive child one of my first feelings was great fear of both my parents. My home, though strictly Catholic and religious, used fear as a form of discipline with expressions of love and affection almost non-existent. Fear, hence, has plagued me throughout my life most likely to the delight of the Devil. My faith is strong though and I have a great devotion to Our Lady! +

If we strive to imitate Jesus, suffer with Him, console Him, etc If we strive to have
God the Father as our Father, why not Mary as our Mother ? It doesn't make sense to minimize her role, even from a logical standpoint ...
I learnt this from my Iife experience:
1) you have fear because you have no relationship with God who is the creator, righteous and almighty. The Truth and power is in the the word of God - the Bible. Build your faith thru knowing the word of God and in all things, seek God for His permission and lean on Him to lead you.
2. Never act on Anger - any decision or actions driven by Anger will lead to destruction.
The above 2 are the works of the devil and we must not fall into the traps.
Jesus Christ, the lamp on your feet, and the light of your path. Talk to Him and let Him be in your daily life. Jesus said " peace i give to you, my peace is not of this world"
I pray for those who live in fear and bitterness about life....may God shine His face upon you and grant you peace and blessings ...Amen.

Fear is the opposite of faith. God says throughout the bible, Do Not Fear, I am With You.
Fear was a stronghold for me, brought on by trauma which I had pretty badly from having had childhood cancer at age 3... All glory to God for His grace, mercy, love, goodness and for setting me FREE!!🙌🏻🙏🏻

Mother Mary was a Godly woman and mother of our Lord, but she is not capable of delivering and saving you from evil because she was a mere mortal. Only Jesus, who is God incarnate, is able to deliver and protect you from Satan.

@@RealLifeCatholic It is weird, but once you fully grasp that there are literal Demons (for sure) and Satan himself (I’m pretty sure) in ALL the comment sections (all over youtube- especially on subjects like this vid, and on Channels like yours- True Believers/Christians- regardless if Protestant or Catholic) it does become a little less weird.
I “discovered” this about a year and a half ago (of course they’ve been on the Internet since the beg. of the Internet, but not like this!) and it’s gotten progressively worse and they’ve become more and more flagrant. (Desperate? Angry?, etc.)

Yeshua/Jesus talked about fear a lot and the more we rely on his words, the better off we are knowing that leaning on the Messiah, strikes the demons in the nose and they have to leave…. If you continuing fear these demons will come back with seven times more demons to get at you. The idea is to be focused on the Messiah all the time.

There is so much in this passage Mk 5:21-43: ‘While he was still speaking, people from the synagogue official's house arrived and said, "Your daughter has died; why trouble the teacher any longer?" Disregarding the message that was reported, Jesus said to the synagogue official, "Do not be afraid; just have faith."
And something from C.S Lewis in Mere Christianity: ‘It is not reason that is taking away my faith: on the contrary, my faith is based on reason. It is my imagination and emotions.’ p139 (for example - fear is an emotion, quite often as a result of stirring wrongly our imagination which the devil is using to weaken our faith).
Holy Spirit revealed this to me and I didn’t even need devil to tell me that.
Try your best everyday and do the right things even when nobody is looking. Anxiety and depression is punishments for sin
It all makes perfect sense. Our Lord created us in His image. That means we are to project Him. Satan in his pride projects an opposing image. Fear is his image. His pride projects a false image. He knows he’s inferior, he knows his time is limited as is so that follow him. He once had comfort in human death until he was blindsided at the Cross and his kingdom as Lord of the Flies was dissolved.

This is crazy, cuz I know what hell feels like then. Extreme despair, rage that you can only really direct at yourself. Constant loom of immense anxiety and being paranoid of humiliation. But am I not a living person and not a human? Why would God want me to feel this way or permit it?

The main reason he incites fear is , fear is doubt, doubt is faithlessness.
I don't fear God. I love him and I know he loves me. I fear my inadequacy and inability to live completely in his image. If I am "punished" by God it is because I fully deserve it. God will only do what is just. I know I sin, but I genuinely repent and try to live a better life. This is the major difference between me and satan, I know I"m powerless against God and will never be perfect, but I am always trying to be closer to him and have no interest in trying to take from him.
