I'll admit that I enjoy computer gaming, however since I've been reading the Bible in a Year and more scripture, I'm changing. There are nights, I just don't want to game, I just feel like spending time with Jesus. There is a comfort in that feeling that I just can't explain, its good and it's new. Reading the Bible is changing my life and allowing me to know our Father, who is so very patient. I've only started reading since 49 and I wish it was sooner. Now, I can't imagine life without the most important book in the world. The Holy Bible which I have discovered is actual Living Text. God's word is Alive and scripture is so much more than the great stories, prophecies and prayers. Once I read the words, the come alive in my heart. It's the best way I can put it. Look up exorcists, who are priests who specialize in this particular work of casting out demons from people or objects, for more information on this. It's truly an uninteresting work - relatively speaking. The media won't talk about exorcist cases (unless it was inherently political), nobody publishes about it, the diocese does not demand/require stipends or payment for having exorcised a demon, and to protect the exorcists from being publicly attacked by demon-worshippers the exorcist's name is kept silent. Exorcists get no publicity, no visible signature to the modern crowd that they exist, and as a result, we tend to deny the thought of the demonic because we don't see it in our everyday lives. Consider it a blessing that you don't believe in the demonic - it would be quite horrifying to deal with malicious beings that are far beyond your control all on your own as a regular occurrence. Fortunately, God has decided that it is beyond our power to do so. That's why the Church has these special priests whose sole vocation is to protect people who fall into these traps (whether they do so accidentally or purposefully). These people continue to cast out devils in the name of the Creator, God, and his son, Jesus Christ, and many have been wholly converted to Christianity through this experience.
