I have a question for this uppercut ringside so I have one like that and could it take it off of the soft filled on the uppercut bag? Is that a good bag for building power? Asking as I live in an apartment, might get a bag stand or a Century Bob. But can’t really be moving a 100 pound bag with my bad back.
this must be better than the normal heavy bag when landing upper cut. I find that it is har Sri land uppercut firmly or with a feel of landing when hitting the normal bag. For hook I think the round edge works better too. Hopefully my gym(normal gym) manager would watch this video and buy a new bag.

Heavy bags are an option for me but they’re more expensive then the water buoy bags/ aqua bags. Will the workouts and training on the aqua bag, be similar to the heavy bag? which one do you recommend more as a beginner?
Workouts and training is very similar just the feel of the aqua buoy allows your punches to sink in more

Similar as far as size and movement, but the aqua bag is more life like and absorbs punches where the ringside has more pop

@@csquaredboxing ones bigger in diameter. What we did at the main boxing gym was add more and bags to the top center of the bag to make it 65ish lbs for heavier rips from the bigger dudes. Love ur content !!
