You can but your Microwave must have convection mode but if it's solo microwave then you can't. You can also bake on gas stove using pressure cooker,etc just look up there's ton on TH-cam where you can bake without using Oven.

italian buttercream has raw egg whites. but some people still eat it. it's almost cooked, but not quite so there is still a chance of bad things. If you want something close to the buttercream in the video, you can use swiss meringue buttercream. it is cooked till 165 f so no harm done.
A cake that knows its a cake but feels something else on the inside. I say remove all the icing and show your true self. Its what they call a "come-out-come-out-whoever-you-are cake".
