In case of such type of diseases if a Orthopedic Surgeon/Neuro Physician/Medical Specialists is consulted they only suggest Pain Killers which disturb stomach. Please furnish some solution of Knee Pain/Backache/Shoulder pain etc

Dr sahib bhoot shukariya give us useful information. In my left knee, below knee got some hard swelling. If hold it look like a bone but it is not. I do have never pulls, when i want to sleep I feel the pull and got me comfortable pain till i move my feet slowly and reach a relax point. I am over weight too. I do have problem in sitting and waking up in my knees specially my left knee.
Walking now cause me pain in my legs. What you suggest i do to my left side of lag? Thank you so much
