Keep it up. U have shown the dismantling process quite honestly. Brother advice me my cbr is 9000klms 6yrs old should i clean up the fuel filter and when and whether should i replace or clean the spark plug. One more thing just yesterday my abs brakes upon pressing hard, are making a kat kat sound for that when i removed the abs fuse the brakes are not making that sound. I noticed that 2 small Phillips bolts for down from the bike somewhere where the abs module is. Pls advice.
Clean fuel filter every 25k km or 5 years for peace of mind , sparkplug can last very long approx - 30-50k km , but check its condition if its looking bad then only change it , regarding abs module u should check brake fluid levels, check abs fuse also dont take risk with abs get it checked with service center Happy DIYing❤️

Hi, thanks for the informative video. What would be the optimum interval for replacing Oil, Fuel, and Air filter? I have ridden 7000 km, and have not replaced any of these yet. Should I change air filter and oil filter at this point or should I wait for 10,000. #CBR250. Have you tried Motul 10W40 7100 or 300 v Engine Oil?
For oil - 4000 km if using fully synthetic oil
Fuel Filter - 20000km
Air filter - 8000km (soon if u live in dusty environment)
Change oil after every 5000kms and change oil filter too every time.. currently i am using Motul 7100 and its really smooth..
7:20 the left relay is for the lights and tachometer and the right relay is for the radiator fan? Am I right?

Get the following things done -
Chain Clean and Lube
Chain adjustment
Clutch Adjustment
If still it doesn't solve the issue,
It might be the gear lever linkage is going bad and might need replacement.

Fuel filter plays major role in mileage & pickup many of them don't know that its necessary to clean or replace fuel filter . Mostly fuelpump motor gets damaged coz of blocked fuel filter .

@@thisisganesh i' ve told the nearest service center guys (vapi) but it seems that they are not able to arrange the items cause I have a 2012 model and I want to change fuel filter air filter and the radiator as well. so if you could help in any way that would be a blessing.

You can try visiting mumbai lamington or kurla for spares but it will take you whole 2 days just if you are in vapi

200rs new one. Add petrol to the filter then block both holes with fingers then shake, throw away the brown slush and repeat the process. (WD-40 helps to dissolve the rust inside). After installation do prime the ignition 5-10 times before turning the engine on.
According to manual its best to replace after every 20-25k km , cleaning wont make much difference new one costs 300 rupees max
Bro, I need help when I open throttle in 2 gear 4k to 6k rpm my bike is laging and I hear some backfire in my exhaust . Changing of fuel filter and spark plug will fix this.
Maybe change Sparkplug and fuel filter and also clean throttle body and fuel injector

I have missing throttle only at lower rpm. I have done Throttle body cleaning and fuel injection service. But still i am facing same issue. Please advice.
1.Check Sparkplug
2.Check Ignition Coil
3.Check Air Filter
4.Check Throttle position sensor
@@thisisganesh Everything is checked during service and replaced appropriately. My mechanic told that my fuel pump needs to be replaced. But i think, he must be bluffing to take money from me.
Can replacing fuel filter resolve my issue ? I havent replaced the fuel filter.
Probably try some fuel system cleaner before changing the fuel pump

SIR, I AM HAVING A PROBLEM ON MY CVR 150R. THE BIKE RUNS FINE FOR THE MOST OF THE TIME, HOWEVER AFTER 4 TO 5 MONTHS INTERVAL, THE BIKE GOES TO ZERO RPM WHILE IM RIDING THE BIKE. AFTER IT GOES TO ZERO RPM, IT DOES NOT START NORMALLY. HOWEVER, AFTER START, IT RUNS FINE AGAIN. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM CAN YOU TELL?
Check battery
Of battery is fine then check battery charging unit (rectifier)

Sir, I have an issue with my CBR 250R
Whenever I fill the petrol tank of my CBR to full, petrol starts to leak.
Last time I have fill the petrol of 1000 rupees and it started leaking.
First I thought it's due to overflow and waited for 5 to 10 min but it didn't stop and I had to remove almost 3 litres of petrol.
Do you know and solution for this ???

Fuel Injection bikes have fuel filters to prevent tank rust and other particles from going in to fuel injectors if this rust goes inside fuel injector it gets clogged and causes ignition problem
It should be replaced every 20-25k kilometres

Bruh 150R have the fuel or engine oil filter
150R has only fuel filter and air filter (no oil filter)
250R has all 3 - fuelfilter ,air filter and oil filter
