Pls share how to open up cbr for getting near the abs module. 2 small screws have dropped from the area where the abs module is. And now upon hard breaking the brakes lever is jerking hard. I have removed both the abs fuse. Now the brake is smooth but abs is unavailable. Kindly guide.

Or the rubber holder of the spark plug should be fit right onto the engine head? Pls guide.
Bike proper start hone ke kai kaaran hai. 1. Agar apke bike ki fuel supply mei problem hai. Special Low fuel pressure. Low fuel pressure ki 2 vajha jail. Dirty clogged fuel filter or Weak fuel pump motor. Which cause late start or bike dubb ke chalti hai. 2. Spark plug ka ya toh spark plug Cap pe paani bhara hua hai, ya spark plug ki spark tip pe kachra hai or spark plug ki spark tip pe gap kum ya jyada hai 3. Poor cylinder compression bhi late start ki vajha hai. Compression tabh loos hota hai jab bike ke piston and crank ki connecting rod bend Ho jati hai. Jiss Se proper fuel compression nahi hota and late start hota hai. Connecting rod tabh bend hoti hai jab aap bike ko Flooded water pe start karte hoo aur jab intake port ke raaste Engine pe piston ke upar paani compress hota hai. Tabh connecting Rod bend ho jati hai. Water kabhi compress nahi hota. Jiss vajha se connecting rod bend Ho jati hai. Or . Ya apke bike ki valves jyada tight ho gyi hai. Valve shims and rocker arm mei Jab koi Gap nahi reheta tabh bhi starting issue aata hai. Kyuki tight valve jab hoti hai toh combustion chamber mei compression nahi banta kyuki Valves thodi open reheti hai due to no gap between valves shims and rocker arms. Yeh 3 vajha hoti hai bike late starting ki. Ek baat batao. Apka bike flood mei dubba toh nahi tha. Air intake mei paani toh nhi gya tha❓❓❓

But i don't think that might be the reason. Rest how can the fuel injector be checked.? I have doubt upon injector or the spark plug. Plus guide further.

One more thing just yesterday my abs brakes upon pressing hard, are making a kat kat sound for that when i removed the abs fuse the brakes are not making that sound. I noticed that 2 small Phillips bolts for down from the bike somewhere where the abs module is. Pls advice
Bro u have to clean your throttle body after 15000-20000km and change mobile oil every 3 to 3.5 thousand km and no need to clean fuel filter while till missing problem

No need to Clean Throttle body right now. Because your bike is less driven. Just 9,000kms. Clean throttles body after 50,000kms. Throttle cable replacement bahut bada procedure hai. Throttle Cable ko replace karne ke liye bike ki 70% body open karni padti hai. Tabh ja kar throttle cable replacement hoye gi. Jabh Kathi bhi Aida kaam aye GA. Iss pe bhi video banu ga
Spark plug 1,00,000 kms se bhi jyada chalta hai. Kyuki CBR 250R Mai Branded Genuine NGK IRIDIUM sparkplug lag ke aata hai. Jiski cost almost Rs.725/- hai. Koi jaroorat nahi 1 lakh kms tak sparkplug replacement ki.
Spark plug ki location head mei deep location pe hai. Special tools chahiye. Ispe bhi video banaau GA. Aapko tools chahiye 1. Ratchet 2.16mm long size spark plug socket 3. 3 inch extension rod

Lower gear main jerk zyada feel hota hain. Throttle jyada khol deta hoon toh pick up smooth hoti hain. Isse problem aisi hain ki kam throttle dekar cruise karta hoon toh smooth nahi rehti ek hi rpm pe. Zyada throttle deta hoon toh issue bandh hoo jaata hain, no jerking. Please help. Keep your bike battery disconnect and Remove ECM From your bike for atleast 10 minutes. And after 10 minutes plug back ECM And Battery of your bike. Error will gone. And if not Gone that means you have left with some loose couplour or some sensor is not working properly

Agar toh Bike ka RPM Rev up Nahi uthta. I mean Bike ki Race nahi uthti. Sirf 4 se 7 RPM tah Race hota hai. Toh is symptom ka matlab. Apke bike ka Fuel Filter Choked hai. Ya Fuel pump ka pressure Low hai. Most of the case. Bike ka fuel filter choked milta hai. Pehle fuel filter ko check karo And replace kar dalo. Agar fir bhi bike Race RPM nahi uthti. Toh iska matlab aapke Bike ke fuel pump motor ka pressure Low hai. 2. Agar Bike ka RPM High jata hai aur Speed Nahi badti toh iska matlab aapke bike ki Clutch Leather plates Khrab ho gyi hai. Pehle Mujhe Batao. Aapke Bike Ka RPM 11 tak full jata hai ya nahi. Aagar jata hai toh aapke bike ki clutch plate khrab hai. Aagar RPM 11 Tak nahi jata or sirf 4 RPM ya 6-7 RPM tak Ruk jata hai. New cylinder Kit assembly dalva Lo. Agar new oversize piston milta hai! Toh aap rebore karva ke new oversize piston lagva sakte hoo. . My advice is to get new cylinder kit. It comes with piston and head gasket

Toh definitely IAC valve ka rolling piston bush tut gya hoga. Kyuki woh plastic ka bana hota hai aur savdhani se set kar ke bithana hota hai. AUR Agar IAC valve na khola hoo aur throttle body bina kise part ke khole saaf kar do tabh bhi race ki problem aa jati hai. Kyuki kachra IAC me fass jata hai. Kya aapne IAC valve khulvai thi❓❓

Ye Dirty corrosion fungus hota hai. Intakes valve fungus ko WD 40 se saaf kar do. Aur Bike Start karne se pehle spark plug saff kar do. Problem solved

Brother kya intake valves pe engine oil circulate how hai kya? If not then how are the intake valves lubricated?
Yes. Intake valve ke upar oil circulation hota hai. But Air intake ke time pe Fuel and Air intake port pe oil nahi aata.

Problem is only in low rpm in higher rpm its smooth and able to take higher speeds with out any issues
Clean the throttle body, change the fuel filter and change the sensor kit. Both fuel filter and sensor kit are cheap.
After cleaning throttle body there is a error kindly guide

Toh is symptom ka matlab. Apke bike ka Fuel Filter Choked hai. Ya Fuel pump ka pressure Low hai. Most of the case. Bike ka fuel filter choked milta hai. Pehle fuel filter ko check karo And replace kar dalo. Agar fir bhi bike Race RPM nahi uthti. Toh iska matlab aapke Bike ke fuel pump motor ka pressure Low hai.
2. Agar Bike ka RPM High jata hai aur Speed Nahi badti toh iska matlab aapke bike ki Clutch Leather plates Khrab ho gyi hai.
Pehle Mujhe Batao. Aapke Bike Ka RPM 11 tak full jata hai ya nahi.
Aagar jata hai toh aapke bike ki clutch plate khrab hai. Aagar RPM 11 Tak nahi jata or sirf 4 RPM ya 6-7 RPM tak Ruk jata hai. Toh aapke bike KA fuel filter choked hai ya fuel pump pressure low hai.

@@justinmehta8265 clutch cable Theek se adjust kiya hai ya nahi. Kai bar clutch wire tight kassi hoti hai! jis vajha se bhi yeah dikkat aati hai. Fault chota hota hai. Aur musibat badi lagti hai. Clutch plate dalwane ke baad clutch free play check Karo.

Fuel filter replacement jaroori hai. Yeah batao. RPM pura leti hai. I mean full race pakadta hai bike.
Fuel filter replacement ke saath fuel pump ka pressure jaroor check Karna. Kyuki low fuel pressure se bhi aisi problems aati hai, aur bike full race nahi uthata.

Jaha tak missing ki problem hai. Toh apki bike ke fuel filter choked ho gya hai. Replace Fuel filter. Agar fir bhi problem bani hui hai toh apko fuel pump ka Motor replace karna pade GA. Fuel pump motor is available at amazon

New cylinder Kit assembly dalva Lo. Agar new oversize piston milta hai! Toh aap rebore karva ke new oversize piston lagva sakte hoo. .
My advice is to get new cylinder kit. It comes with piston and head gasket

IAC valve ka problem hai. IAC Valve ka andar vala rolling bush tut gya hoga.
Ek baat batao. Kya aapki Bike ka RPM 3 YA 3 se upar reheta hai. Toh definitely IAC valve ka rolling piston bush tut gya hoga. Kyuki woh plastic ka bana hota hai aur savdhani se set kar ke bithana hota hai.

Agar IAC valve na khola hoo aur throttle body bina kise part ke khole saaf kar do tabh bhi race ki problem aa jati hai. Kyuki kachra IAC me fass jata hai.
