Hi , what if I mixed 3 cups of the cassava flour 😮 , will they still come out ok? 😅
Hi Adriana, I'm afraid they will turn out very dry and rubbery with 3 cups of flour since the recipe calls for 1-1/2 cups. But you could double all the rest of the ingredients and then have a double batch of 24 muffins instead of 12 :)
