Not hard to make your own grenadine from pomegranate juice. Tastes soooooo much better than the stuff you buy. Started making it for the husbands Singapore Slings cuz I've always hated the fake taste of the store bought grenadine.
Haha funny you mention it. I've worked a few shady places in the past and one bar I worked at I had an enforcer who would break up the bar fights and scuffles for me. Had to be over 6ft and 275lbs. No one messed with him. In return I payed him in free drinks. His drink of choice was a Pink Lady. Now that was an unusual sight at the end of the bar, but no one ever questioned it.
