You are so right mate. I bought a copy from Motea, and even though it stated that it would fit my Dyna Lowrider, there was no way it would fit. Also, it was flimsy, and the photo was direct from Memphis shades site. Even the same colour of bike. I should have known better as I've had a Memphis Shades fairing in the past.
When switching from the gauntlet to the road warrior do you have to adjust the clamps? Or does the road warrior fit without adjusting headlight and clamps…
I have all the hardware. Headlight extensions and bracket. I was just wondering if you pop on the road warrior without adjusting the clamps on the bike. The bike I bought came with a gauntlet. I’ve been to lazy to put on the road warrior faring
@@Ben-un3gk i was able to mount it up to the clamps once the plates were added to the road warrior. Might have to make some small adjustments as all ms fairings do
do you get any vibration from the fairing? I bought a Pazoma T sport fairing for my 22 Street Bob and it is junk (get what you pay for) so I am gonna get a MS but can't decide between the Road Warrior and Gauntlet. I am 5' 9" so not sure. The current pricing for the Road Warrior fairing with the Trigger lock system is $395 and add the $99 I am dropping $500. What are your thoughts?
I liked the rw with the 11 inch windshield. I'm 5 foot 7 and it worked well for me other windshield heights are available to 17 inches. What seat are you using?
If they are easy to swap, I was thinking of getting an 11" for around town and 17 for longer rides. I measured my current 15" windshield and it sits right at my chin

Memphis Shades actually recommended the shorter windshield to avoid buffeting for 6 ft plus riders.
WE Think the Road Warrior is better for noise and easier to look thru. I like the look of it too.

hi randy I ride 2019 softailslim I am around 6ish ft in height what is your recommendation on road warrior windshield size. I am in a fix. safe ride.
Probably higher than 13 inches
does the gauntlet use the same mounting brackets / hardware as the Road Warrior?
It uses different plates but the forks tube mounts are the same. The spacing is different though. You can buy just the plates however.

The clamps are the same but the plates are different. I got a discount on and open box from jp cycles

Over it. Its an 11 inch windshield. If you are tall might need a 13 or 15 inch
