This was super helpful! I’d love to see more conditioning and behind the scenes type videos from you. I remember you talking about gymnastics conditioning and weight training so maybe something like that?
It is actually so nice to see someone at a similar level of stretching showing you some routine, instead of a freaking contortionist who makes every single move like a piece of cake
Agree. My goal isn't to become a contortionist or gymnast either, Just a practical bit of flexibility in order to not get injured and have enough range of motion.
It's crazy I've learned that stretching not only prevents injury It helps you run faster, perform better, recover faster, be on your A game But the cons is a long hour and 30 minutes to finish it (Static Stretching)
Have been following this for last 10 days, and it feels great! I can see the improvement in my stretching. Thanks Valtteri! Thanks team Farang!! 🙏🙏🙏 Big fan too!
Static stretching is recommended for post workouts. Dynamic stretching before for now. If you follow real track athlete and always jog to warm up then do dynamic stretching before a work out.
Really nice! I think there are not enough videos like this about conditioning and keeping your body healthy and balanced! I find it really good you made this, and it was really interesting as well! Would be nice to see strength training for freerunning to!
Thank you this looks great! I think it's important to note that this is great for a cooldown, and just as a daily routine after a warmup but not as a warmup on it's own.
I also have a pulled hamstring because of too much splits!!! Serious that it never goes away? I was expecting to go back to normal, after 1 or 2 years! :((
At 7:30, I wouldn't recommend this stretch unless you have a very soft mat. It's very easy to get knee aches and develop pain doing this exercise. Instead, do a standing version and push your hips straight forward to get more tension.
Thank you!! The pain in my back is alot less after doing this!
man ... team farang has a bunch of legends now :)
"simple stretching routine"
"Now that your ass is fresh" 🤔😂

And you might be thinking "Over an hour!?!?"
But if you really want the most benefits over an hour is probably optimal
