YYY's are one of those bands i only every listen too and didn't start watching the music videos till 10 years after, loved this song back when i was 20 (now 36) and it really hit me in the feels watching the video for the first time in 2021 **insert right in the feels meme**
This video deeply reminds me of the '80s, it belongs to a former age and it's clear the spark it got triggered from and the sentiments the band needed to give out. It looks like a make-up of wacky adventures but deep down it clarifies that happiness is something hidden and abstract, they presumably were trying to showcase happiness and easiness in life.
One of my fave bands from early 2000's, restored my faith in music, along with The strokes, Arctic Monkeys, Franz Ferdinand. Coldplay would have been listed until they weren't all commercial.
