Do you have a list of most common names with a good idea of a picture you can used to help you remember their names? Is there a pdf list or something?
Always trying to make better habits everyday.

Who doesn't need this?
Consistency helps the habit become automatic.
Most of the habits I need to acquire are in the "shoulds", what can I do? Working out, meditating
I find his podcasts a bit boring, they are efficient but boring to listen to
