Yes the heat pump dryers are more cost efficient to run , BUT the drying time is easily twice the time ,so are they really a good alternative option for the standard condenser type dryer ,saying that I do own the Haier 9kg heat pump , but definitely prefer the condenser dryers , especially, for the drying times
Thank you for this video. Sadly it didn't help to find the 2nd filter. I checked the machine again and finally found it. Maybe you can add it to your video. The 2nd filter that need to be cleaned every couple of weeks is below the filter with the lint in it. If you look down into the hole, you see a handle. Pull it a bit forward then to the right and lift it up. Boy, ours was full with lint - no wonder the machine didn't dry our clothes anymore. :-)))
Great informative videos. Would you recommend this model due to having little or no access to the filter in the bottom left of the dryer? Surely if that can’t be cleaned out properly it will result in the dryer packing up?
If you have little or no access to the condenser unit at the bottom, then normally the dryer should have its own ability to send water through the condenser unit to clean it. Thanks for the feedback
@@zannahmartell9813 thank you for your quick reply! How does this machine score in cleaning performance if compared to the washers you had in the past? Washes/ cleans better or worse?
Hi. Nice video, thanks... I always find it strange that amounts are measured by weight, is that wet weight or dry? Also if it's wet, you try and get a wet Duvet that weighs only 1KG...!!! Even dry it would be a struggle.... 🫤 It wou;d be easier if it was by Item, like 3 pairs of Jeans or 10 Shirts, etc. I will say, as I have just bought a Haier HD90-A2959 Freestanding Dryer with LED Display, 9kg. We had our last Indesit 8KG Condenser Dryer for about 14 years and it was really good, and still was but I wanted to go Heat Pump and either AEG or Haier, and glad I did..! The Haier really works well and the clothes come out so much softer and less creased than they did with the old Dryer - really impressed at the difference! They come out all feeling almost fluffy. Have even used it for drying Duvets, Down and Synthetic no problem. I have also found the "Refresh" really handy for freshening up the Feather Pillows - Brilliant idea! Going back to the Weights issue, maybe Washers and Dryers should have a built-in Scale so as to indicate the weight of the garmants as they are put in...???? Just an idea. Thanks again. 👍
When loading the dryer it will be the dry weight. Some washers used to have the ability to weigh the clothes, but from the range we sell, they don't have it which is a shame as it would be a very useful feature.
Hi I’ve just reversed the door to open from right to left , I have followed the instructions from my manual, but now the opening handle is lower down , to previous higher up , like diagonal, the handle is now lower than the locking catch ,as far as I can see this is how it’s supposed to be , maybe you or anyone reading this may say if this is correct or I’ve just got something wrong 🤯 My tumble dryer is a haier 9kg heat pump
I just bought my haier tumble dryer and it's making huge amount of noise on very 1st cycle, fixed it on top of washing machine with proper installation kit. Please guide me where things have gone wrong, or is the noise level is normal. Because I expected it to be quite enough.
This is a pretty quiet model so if it is noisy, it may be faulty. I would contact the retailer to see about popping out to check the machine to see if it ok.
I just bought that AIER - I Pro Series 3 HD100-A2939S 10 kg dryer and mine don’t have light inside . And i just wondering if its faulty or they don’t have inner light anyone can help please
We’ve this drier, it’s 1 month old and has always got progressively louder the longer it runs, to the point it’s unbearable to be in the house with it, I take it this isn’t normal🤣, once its warm you can simulate the noise by manually turning the drum but when it’s cold there is no loud sound
It can be but you will need to make sure there is ventilation around the unit and especially at the front, so if you have a furniture door on the front, then do not leave it shut when its in operation
Don’t see the sense in purchasing a tumble dryer for to buy a airer to partially dry the load of room required to air laundry in new technologies that are not fit for purpose the idea of a tumble dryer’s is exactly that to dry the laundry in not having wet clothes hung around the house. For asthmatics and modern homes in poor ventilation conditions to causing mildew and problems with homeowners not having central heating or their heating on the cold air of creating condensation and damp rooms in furnishings and cold areas like walls or cold surfaces the older dryers do just that they dry the laundry either vented or the traditional condenser dryer is better than the newer heat pump that does not work in cold rooms of 59 degrees or less so a older terraced house or kitchen or rooms without heating and then you have a dryer that does not work at all and not suitable for British homes in our winters and spring and autumn weather.
Brilliant what a lovely soft voice easy to understand voice, you sound really good! 😊
I love my Haier machines. No regrets at all. Great products and so glad I chose them.

As always great review, I really like the new Haier design, looks pretty good
I've got the 10kg washing machine at a excellent price. Great machine. Almost silent. Definitely going to buy the 10 kg dryer to match
Does it clean laundry well? Cleaning performance.

By any chance would you have it's weight empty as going to fit above a washing machine counter top..
Brought one the other day so far so good
Thank you so much. 😊
I’m confused with these Haier dryers, some seem to have the see through door and others have a darker panel door which isn’t so transparent
Very informative video as usual. What brand/model tumble dryer do you have at home?
Thanks for the feedback. I have a bosch heat pump dryer

Wonderful. But HOW do i start it
Will try some other settings been taking me 8 houses to try 7 towels on bulky
