INGREDIENTS:
1 beef tongue
2.5 liters of cold water
1 packet of soup greens
3 bay leaves
3-4 tbsp BBQ rub
5-6 tbsp BBQ sauce (I use Honey Sriracha BBQ sauce)

Most excellent video!!! Bet it was awesome, I too boil for 2 hrs love your use of root vegetables. Suggest if you feel it worthy to use beef stock/bone broth to boil I was extremely pleased personally with this additional flavor (and Garlic) takes it IMHO up a notch. Id recommend 45 minutes to 60 minutes depending on the size

Of course. Reduced to 1/3rd and put in ice cube racks- Add this to your sauce and everything will turn our awesome!
