Chicago is a miserably cold city. Autumn lasts about a month and then it’s 5 months of blistering winds and low temperatures. It’s almost insufferable.
Pat Summerall & John Madden! The perfect pair to call the games! What a frustrating game! 😖 It took the BEARS 🐻 all the way to the 4th quarter to look anything like the team of the mid-80's. If James Robert McMahon, Jr. had been in there he would-have been able to come in and rout the Lions. After the magnificent 85' season things seemed to just slowly fall apart for da' BEARS! 🐻 I love these old games though... SO MUCH BETTER than the new ones, with their whining and disrespect for our flag... Thanks for the upload, so nice to have the commercials too, brings me back in time. ChicaGO BEARS! 🐻

We got lucky to win the division the Bill's rested their starters in the last week and the 49ers played all their starters against the Bears on Monday night. regardless, no one was beating the Redskins that year

I had nightmares about those Bears offenses. Fastest WR was Anthony Morgan but they kept going deep to Waddle. I still maintain with a better Coach, Harbaugh could've been a good QB for Bears.
i clearly remember thinking my bears jus botched this game and kinda gave it away.... i still think the lions wanted to see dallas over dem bears! i believe the bears wiulda made the nfc title game and lost but played em way closer than the lions did

McMahon wasn't that good dude. Not sure what you were watching. They had 6 all pros on that defense, a HOF RB, and a deep threat WR in Willie.
