Creationist here glad you are returning to your strength. Hope there will be more videos on Homo erectus, homo neanderthals, and stone tools (wooden too?). I would be interested if the recent critical paper has changed your mind on the homo naledi cave. I hope you do a video on non human primate tool making. Would non human primate tool making decrease the likelihood that homo habilis would be human?

Hi @truthisbeautiful7492 thanks for the comment! I am currently working on upcoming videos about all of those topics, so you should see them soon.
In general, the types of stone tools associated with Homo habilis are comparatively simple. However, I don't think that we yet have evidence that non-humans are capable of making Oldowan level tools. There are some stone tools which have been tentatively associated with Australopithecines and Paranthropines, but my understanding is that these are even less sophisticated than the Oldowan technology of Homo habilis.

I’m not sure the earth is young, but I am subscribed because of how disgusting the people act towards your content.

The people who write the rude comments just look sad, it would be much better if they asked questions with actual concern, or were pointing out some other things other than mockery and smirks. This level of behavior is best fit for online because 80 percent of these people would probably never say this with that specific “tone” to your face. Its sad, really.

Yes but have you noticed the people who write negative comments on Peter’s channel are his fellow young earth creationists?
I’m an atheist and accept the scientific concensus. I like Peter as he presents a fair view and attempts to answer how it fits in his young earth worldview.
He acknowledges when he has no answers. And I also acknowledge that scientists also have no answers (such as how the universe begins or abiogenesis occurs). It’s acceptable to say “I don’t know”.

Uh…. His toxic water video shows a very different demographic, but hate is not good either way and it’s just unnecessary

@bikesrcool_1958 Thank you so much for subscribing! We receive a lot of pushback, so we are always glad to have cordial followers like you. Personally, I think that the anonymity of the internet really brings out the worst in people. As you said, I'm sure many of the haters are decent people in real life. I think that our job as Christians is to follow Christ's command and love even our enemies.

C'mon how that gonna be redeemed?
God created first man and woman, a very diverse dna, robust. God said Very Good. Yet today we experience mutations, ppl dna today is less robust. We are not advancing to better than before.
Besides that, OT tells us a close relative has authority to redeem... NT shows us Jesus is that relative who redeems.
Not only that, Jesus restores, puts ppl back in proper position, relationship...
    Let the Bible inform you.
    Bible is Historical Science.

Given the odd habit of humans to engage in binding and other body deformation activities, I don’t buy any of it. What will anthropologists 1000 years from now say about all the sex change skeletons they unearth.

Cranial binding and other such modifications have been extensively studied. They leave clear signs behind on bones. It is quite clear that these fossils have not been modified in this way.
