Nice, i am thinking of a 2022 SB 130 T-2 with the XO build in that cool Watermelon color, $8200.00
WOW, that crash was fast, rock gardens are or can be dangerous, glad you had some protection. I had a 2019 RM Instinct BC and was at Uwharrie forest in NC and there is 1 trail that has some SERIOUS rocks, i was riding through and in a millisecond ended up down a ravine about 20-30 feet and the bike another 20, i bruised my ribs too but i didnt get X rays, same with me it took about a month to feel better. I am 66 and a blue trail rider so if i get a new bike and attempt that trail i think i will walk that park

That’s nice nice color it definitely stands out and hard not to mistake for a Yeti.
Hope to be healthy enough to still enjoy the sport as long as possible. At 38 I’m starting to think I’ll only have a handful of years to be competitive at my local trails and be able to ride how I truly want to.

@@mattturnerbikingmtb9359 You can still ride for fun and exercise when you get older or dont feel competitive anymore, nothing wrong with that. I hate to say it but December 4th i will be 66, all my joints are 100% and i still exercise but certainly not like when i was in my 20's, i have enough challenge with some Blue trails. I have only been riding FS bikes the last 3 years, do it for fun and keeps the blood flowing, here in NC not many safe roads to ride road bikes so i sold the 2 i had. That 30 tooth front sprocket will be welcome if i buy a SB 130. I liked to ride at Uwharrie where they have some local races there once in a while, only 1 trail there in certain areas gives me issues that i do the 'hike a bike', a few decent blue trails in my area too.

Ig he was expecting the rear end to come back around after the front started just running out of grip. But he never straightened the bars and stood it back up probably though it would just ride out

Was size bars you running? They look narrow. I’m running 780mm on my SB130
Also, how tall are you and what size it your bike?
Man, you fly on that 130. Good riding. I think you came in a little low on the burm on the crash. Higher on the burm could of made a better exit angle and avoid crash. Not sure. Just some thoughts.

      I run 750 / 760 cut bars on all my bikes. 5’9 on a medium sb130.
The berm crash was a stupid choice I made trying to cut out of the berm by turning the bars to the left which made the front wheel turnover. I should have pumped into the berm with my body weight and then setup the bike to come out of the berm sooner. Live and learn 🤷‍♂️
