If you own an evil bike frame the first thing you do is Ditch the aluminum screws for the Delta link and switch to Titanium. You'll find that you'll be snapping the heads off the aluminum screws/bolts even at a low torque of 4NM. The titanium screws hold strong and they do not rattle out Spirit other than that the bike is fantastic

This is one of my favorite things to do in mountain biking! Love to dial things in and test new stuff!

just bought a set and so far I'm also happy with them, but I think my pre installed magura MT thirty were also good enough. yes, the dominion brakes are very nice and so, but actually you dont need them to ride your bike. there are also good brakes in a less pricyer range, but if you have money to buy them and you want very good brakes, you can do it.

Hey Matt. Are you still running coil on the Yeti? I’ve got a 130 LR and thinking about it. I have a YT decoy that has a coil and love the linear feel to it.

Ig he was expecting the rear end to come back around after the front started just running out of grip. But he never straightened the bars and stood it back up probably though it would just ride out

Can you please tell me what year your forks are that you put the damper into? I’m just putting the buttercups air shaft into mine and want to know if I can put the charger 3 damper in also

I’m confused on the butter cups. If you upgrade the air spring to buttercup but not the damper, can you run it with just one? Im unsure

Hey so im looking for some feedback. I have a EXT coil I had tuned to my cascade link. Like you I feel like this bike is losing its sporty feel and turning into more of a enduro sled. I want to my BB higher again and my snappy turns. Being said have you ever ran the coil on a stock link vs the CC? How was it. I’m thinking of going back to the stock link trying that out first before I commit to buying another air shock.

Thanks for the feedback. I just purchased a set. As an aside, I sometimes wish I had trails like this near me. Where I ride, it’s all loose over hard pack, pointy shit and crazy exposure. One of the reasons I chose to upgrade to the Dominions is that I don’t like the idea of plummeting to my death, which wouldn’t be great.

Does it lower the bb at all? If so do you notice it much when riding rougher trails? Also what size cranks are you running?

Did you find this get rid of the zebs initial not so plush butter engagement When getting on the bike and make it more buttery?

Very nice descriptions I have the zeb select that I installed 2.1 charger damper and noticed improvement from stock I recently installed a rear megneg and it feels butter and I’m noticing the front isn’t as plush. Would these be worthwhile upgrades to a 180mm travel zeb?

I am a bit confused because after disassembling the box, it turned out that there is a spacer sleeve, but it is about 7 mm. on the manufacturer's website, the damper is described as 210x52.5 .. I think that after removing this sleeve, the piston would go too deep into the box, unsealing the chamber. any suggestions?

@Matt Turner biking MTB, après 3 mois, avez-vous gagner en confort ? Car je trouve ma ZEB beaucoup moins confortable que ma Lyrik, même en essayant plein de réglages de pressions et de Tokens.

It sounds like Rockshox have gone back to having the equalization dimple slightly into the travel like the old B1 air spring. The C1 equalized at full extension and that's why they didn't feel as supple off the top.
