Really great tips. I always ask "when do you need this by?" I also make a point to get to know team members and find a way to connect with everyone. I did a rotational role for 2 years with dfferent teams every few months, so communication was a priority in helping me adapt quickly.

Yes girl! As you keep progressing as a professional you learn what works and what doesn’t.

Hey, loved this video, especially as a new graduate entering the work force! 😄Can you do a video on how you organise/ plan your day?

I like the fact that you mentioned setting time to get you questions answered. I started feeling like I was being annoying when I started my new job, so I deterred from that not to be annoying.
I would like to ask how do you learn to adapt to a new boss within the same work place? I don't want to come off like I know better than the new boss. Especially if I was working at a certain pace and "doing my own thing." Like for example, within a week of having my new boss, he changed so much things and I started feeling confused and he asked me to make presentations, which wasn't necessarily part of my role before.

Yes hon it’s super important to get questions answered and it is a part of owning your work. There are ways to do it that doesn’t come across as annoying. It’s better to ask than to spend hours figuring out on your own

As far as adapting to a new boss, ask for time for you to meet and discuss work styles. Ask them what they prefer and also let them know your style and things you’ve learned. Doesn’t need to be in an arrogant way but maybe in a I want to learn from you way

Also, can you do a video on tips on how to write/present reports so that they may be effective. I don't want to have too much information, but at the same time I want to make sure I have everything I need. I have been in the meeting room and I would have questions asked and I completely freeze because I would be know where I can find the answer to the question, but not off the top of my head and not on the report.
