Shrimp 🍤 Fried Rice

- Ingredients:
4-5 c parboiled rice (cooled or cook day ahead)
2 c fresh uncooked shrimp (halved)
2-3 eggs (scrambled in bowl)
1/2 sweet onion (diced)
1/3 c (shredded/diced)
1 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs avocado 🥑 oil
1/4 tsp sesame oil
3-4 dashes of maggi seasoning
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tbs soy sauce
1 pat of butter (to fry eggs)
2-3 green onions (chopped)
Serve hot. Enjoy 😊
