I agree! I usually want lots of bright color and contrast. But i loved that silver gray, i plan to buy that. I was surprised at how some of the ones i thought i would love, when i saw it worked up it didnt impress me.

Your way of teaching works great, especially when you show exactly where I need to insert the hook. and how to count stitches, etc. Thank you.

I love this series. This yarn makes beautiful granny squares. I made a "Granny meets Virus" shawl in Dragonfly. It was so beautiful. I gave it to my niece for when she gets her chemo.
The Pearly worked in the pattern was just gorgeous. Definitely would buy that color way. The color way Echo was also very beautiful in the shell patterning just loved the color way Meadow...so soothing. The granny square was beautiful.
Red Heart Unforgettable is one Beautiful yarn, whether worked up with knit or crochet patterns. Every color option is very pleasing. Textured, lacy, and '3D' stitches greatly enhance scarves, cowls, and shawls.. and C2C works up very nicely also. .I agree that sampling hook sizes with this yarn makes very good sense, depending on the item worked up. I think the candied color looks good in a granny square. Pearly color is a beautiful color for being a muted sequence. I truly enjoy these tutorials. It helps me distinguish the colors and stitches. I went out and bought some yarn from last one. 😇
What a FABULOUS idea for a series! So helpful!! This yarn is hard to FROG, but so worth it. I don't care for it in rows, but it's amazing in the round. The bolder and brighter colors are gorgeous when worked in squares joined with gray or black. Using an H hook (didn't want any lacy look), I made an overlay stained glass afghan with a charcoal gray as the second color--absolutely stunning. I am now making a granny shawl in the color petunia (not shown in this video). If you are a purple lover you will adore that one!

Thank you so much for doing these samples! I like the straight SC/DC samples, but the granny squares are absolutely gorgeous, especially in the more subtle color changes. The shell stitch was also very beautiful. I think this yarn looks better in an actual pattern-style stitch.

T This is one of my favorite yarns to work with it is so soft, and The colors are just gorgeous. I personally like the muted more subtle look neutral looks, but those bright colors are absolutely amazing. I do think that working a pattern or like the granny square looks best really with this particular yarn. Thank you for sharing
@@lindamb8962 C2C stands for crocheting Corner to Corner..diagonally...You start in a corner work your way out to the size you want to make it..then you decrease back to the opposite corner
@@alliillig650 I believe but not possitive around 60 to 65 inches I used 6 skeins from corner to center and 6 from center to corner...it was a really nice sized blanket..And soooo soft ❤
This is great yarn. I knitted an entrelac baby blanket from it, and added a crocheted border. Of all the blankets she received at the baby shower, the mama said she liked mine the best. She said she loved the colours and how soft it was.
