It's the perfect sleeper. Only one thing wrong, you need to sell it to me so the proper name can be on the title. Oh and make sure you get to Holt to see the SEGA folks. It'll spoil you to any other racing!

it comes in super quick. 2k rpm, it's spooling good
By the way man I forgot to ask what cam you got for Mr. Jone's 5.9! Did ya go with another Hughe's cam? And would you say Mr. Jones is faster than Big Red?
stock cam right now and I think it will be a good bit faster than Big Red.
How many how many amps does your alternator have and what is the part number of it
60 amp alternator for the car (‘69 Valiant) from the parts store.

How are you liking the fitech so far and what distributer are you running with it?
It’s working quit well. I don’t like that it has a lot of wiring compared to other units. There is also a learning curve with it since they hardly give you any info on how to use it.
I’m using a stock replacement car done distributor. Can’t remember the part number but it’s in a few of my videos. It’s from 1986 ram with now advance since that year was lean burn carb.

What fuel pump? I have a new fitevh 1200hp kit sitting here as the build is not done. I have to do the cold side. I've been reading aloy of bad mopar stories with fitech. Including two buddies couple saying the pickup magneto is too week for a good signal. You said in video you have the fitech connected to the points wire (white) on msd box for a signal or for the fitech to control timing?

Why do you need control arms? are they bent, are you looking for more performance or do you just need bushings and ball joints??

My car was already built when I bought the house I live in now so my neighbors didn't see the build at all, they just knew I have a hot rod that I take out occasionally. Mine is much louder than Mr. Jones with an 11.5 to 1, solid roller 440 and three inch exhaust so when I first moved in I was careful to not make too much noise. After a few months of this, one day I pulled it out and a nice old woman next door comes out and shouts to me, "HEY, I WANNA SEE SOME SMOKE!" Yes ma'am! So I pulled it onto the street, pointed it straight let it rip with a crazy long burnout up the street. She loved it and tuned out so did the other neighbors.

Some racers convert their transmissions to a reverse pattern (shifting downward instead of upward)with a manual shift kit to eliminate the chance of pushing up on the shifter too hard and going into Neutral.

Looking good. Definitely has me wanting to do away with the column shift on my 69 Dart project again. I bought a B&M ratchet shifter and was going to hold off using it but this reminded my how much more I like the floor mounted shifter.
