@@dsxa918 To be fair, releasing a recording of an MJ cover is a financial burden out of reach of most people. However, I've heard unofficial/unreleased covers that are amazing
Did they cover Les Claypool's satanic hymns he sings while playing a church organ? Secret tracks on an alternative magnetic frequency on the cassette version on Pork Soda. Found out by accident because my "roommate"/landlord left his stereo's magnetic head set a certain way so it would pick up the hidden frequency on the cassette's tape that the main tracks are not on... no shit. Anyways, if you pick up a copy of Ace Of Base's cassette with that single "It's A Beautiful Life" on it, guess what? You bet! The two males of that Swedish group are singing secret satanic tracks on the original cassette's alternative frequency on the tape loop. I found that one out because my own stereo in the 90's was cheap and was slowly breaking, one night it started playing tracks that I never heard Ace Of Base play before. Yuck. Bad. Why am I writing this? Why not? Now you and others can try to find other crappy bands such as Primus and Ace Of Base and their use of alternative magnetic frequencies for stupid satanic secret tracks. I guess you have to shift the main head inside the cassette player or something. Just thought you should all know. Technology used for stupid satanic crap.😂 Do they do it for CDs? Hidden CD files? Alien Ant Farm is underrated. TruANT is a great album. Also, Anthology had so many better songs than Smooth Criminal. I’m glad I got a chance to see them live with the Anthology tour. Amazing live and they played “Smooth Operator” by Sade!

Smooth Criminal is one of the best videos ever, and done perfectly. You can tell how great of musicians they are by covering it. Movies is another one of my favs. Both songs i listen to currently.

They were actually a very good band..like most of their other songs are pretty good but they got stuck with those two hits in a wrong time when there were too many nu metal bands sounding pretty similar…I would say their song compositions were as good as sevendust ( in that level)
Played an outdoor festival show in 2014 in Sacramento with these guys; they never left their tour bus until their set. They headlined a small, local outdoor day long festival, never watched any of the local bands, never greeted anyone during the day. Showed up the day before, complained about the stage size, which was expanded to appease them. They then did their sound check, and drove away, not returning until the next day, then stayed in their tour bus until their set. After their set, they drove off, leaving their crew to break down and load their gear before they drove off. It was ridiculous. I get they had a hit doing a cover song, but working bands need to stay together, support eachother. These guys acted like this show was beneath them. Yeah, only 4-5 thousand showed up, but that was 4-5 thousand people, for fuck’s sake, on an outdoor show where they were the only national. So all local bands got together 5k of their friends and fans, to have a national act treat local acts like they didn’t matter. Pretty disappointing, as Sacramento was good to these guys.
Dryden is a dick. He banned me from their fb page back in 2012 or 13. Apparently they banned people for tagging if the post promoted anything other than AAF. I had made a video with clips from all the shows I went to that year and had the nerve to tag them along with other bands.
@@rubelena yeah, it was really disappointing. Yes, it was a small, local outdoor show. But the local radio station paid them 5k to be the national headliner. My band sold the most tickets of every other act on the bill- like 3-400 or so… that put us just underneath main support. I tried to meet them, because they’re a national act, and i thought it’d be cool to get a photo with them. They did an on air/livestream interview, and we were interviewed after them. Fucking guys; every one of them, just got up, left, never said a word to us. I tried to go up and say hi, but they totally blew all of us off. If it hadn’t been for local ticket sales, they’d have played to a dozen squirrels. It was such a letdown, and really showed them in a bad light.

Up in the Attic was a great album, the song Consti2tion is unique and awesome. The song Homage on the Always And Forever album is heartwarming. Glow, She's Only Evil, Dirty Bomb, and Sleepwalker are some personal songs I love along with the obvious Movies and These Days.

Really cool how Michael himself was involved and liked it.
This band was bottom end of the barrel in their prime.
I think they are one of the coolest bands ever which such a great body of work under their belts and for those who got into their catalogue past the first few single releases will probably agree with me
This music video is definitely in the top 10 of all time
“Courage” on Shawn Palmers Pro Snowboarder was GOATED
Still one of my favorite groups!
