Galio in urf mode before his rework...because he healed every time he took dmg with his w, it was more beneficial to duel under the laser turrets than to duel outside of them because the turrets activated his heal so often. You didn’t need armor, all you needed was to press w every 2 seconds and the turret wouldn’t dmg you, it would heal you.

you can like heal under enemy spawn turret with aatrox with max lifesteal and some attackspeed with enemy in base having a sightstone and aatrox hitting the wards to heal
Have you tried tanking the inner/outer turrets, they deal more damage but i think it gets fixed after a few? Then there are some of the comments recommending: - Build lifesteal on the champs attacking rammus. - use aatrox to attack rammus I also think, that when rammus is at max health, the enemy champs should momentarily stop attacking rammus. :)
you should have destroyed 1 of the turrets, then stood where all 3 minion waves would attack you. that would mean ditching the 5 man fountain attacking however, maybe if they alternated between healing and attacking?
