    I started this challenge 1/18. I can't do planks because I had surgery in my arms and I can't rest my body weight on my them, so I don't expect a big change in my waist size. I changed these exercises for crunches and leg lifts. I also eat as I usually do and I do aerobics twice a week.
    My current measurements are:
    Waist: 77 cm
    Right leg: 60'50 cm
    Left leg: 58 cm
    Left arm: 32'50 cm
    Right arm: 33 cm
    I'll update in a week!
    UPDATE 1/25
    WEEK 1
    Waist: 76'7 cm (I'm on my period so my upper body is a bit bloated)
    Right leg: 60 cm
    Left leg: 57'7 cm
    Left arm: 32 cm
    Right arm: 32'5 cm
    Skipped Thursday because I left home early in the morning and I arrived after dinner. Yeah! It's working!
    UPDATE 2/01
    WEEK 2
    Waist: 76'5 cm (I'm on my period and my upper body is a bloated. I KNOW I said the same thing last week, but stress delayed my period for a few days. Hopefully next week I'll be able to tell if the waist workout is effective)
    Right leg: 59'5 cm
    Left leg: 57'5 cm
    Left arm: 31'5 cm
    Right arm: 32 cm
    Skipped Thursday again.
    UPDATE 2/08
    WEEK 3
    Waist: 76'3

    No big changes this week. I skipped Monday and Thursday and I ate a lot of junk food lol.

    I skipped Sunday, Monday and Thursday (lmao) but still got some awesome results! So yea, THIS DEFINITELY WORKS! You can also take a 1-day break so your body doesn't grow tired of the work out. Thanks to everyone who followed my updates and START WORKING OUT RIGHT NOW!

    I forgot to put my measurments, but I noted down:
    Thighs: 60 cm
    Waist: 68 cm
    I forgot to measure my arms and butt
    Day 1: 1/2 I had to litterally pause throghout the video 😪
    Day 2: I did not do the workout, I just felt down after doing schoolwork and stressing with an essay that was due. The deadline was 00:00 I sent it 23:55 😭😭. Gonna do double on day 3
    Day 3: Less pausing through the video, but had a short break before doing the workout again PS I have an injury on my wrist, som I'm not doing the plank pushup , but I redo the other ab exercises to make up for it.
    Day 4: I don't know why but I did not do the workout. School work made feel drained after going out with the fam. Double on day 5.
    Day 5: so it's technically day 6 cuz it's 3 am, but I did the workout, almost no pauses in between each exercise but had a short break before doing it all over again. So far I haven't seen any changes besides bloating less
    Day 6: I have no good excuse, just did not feel like doing it. Exams will stress me out this week and the rest of this month 😩
    Day 7: I should've done double but my lazy ass found a 3 minute workout video that I did twice, then I did this one with only two pauses 🤗.
    I'm thinking of updating weekly instead.
    Week 1 results:
    Thighs: 58,5 cm
    Waist: 67 cm
    So far the bloating has reduce alot, before I would bloat after literally every meal even when I woke in the morning I was bloated. Now I feel alot better and my stomach is flat most of the time. The outline of my abs is visible, my thighs are stubborn tho 🙄. Now I'm combining this with the 3 minute workout. Should I delete the daily updates and just do it weekly?
    Week 2: 16/2-2019
    So I have not been as consistent this week as I should've been. My stomach was hurting, exams were killing me and my period came on Thursday. (Which explained why I was feeling down and puking). I tried to do the workout, but I had to prioritize my health so I was not as hardcore and skipped some days.
    Here are the measurments on monday 18/2
    Waist: 66 cm
    Thighs: 57
    I'm still shook that I'm getting results. The reason is probably me not eating much, weirldy when I'm PMSing and on my period I have less apetite, and I drink lost of water
    Week 3: 23/2-2019
    Waist 64,5 cm
    Thighs: 56
    Week 4 2/3- 2019 Final results 😁
    Waist 63,5 cm (-4,5cm)
    Thighs 56 cm (-4 cm)
    I didn't have any high expectations when I started the challenge, but I got results even without a changed diet. My stomach is now completely flat and the abs are kinda visible. My thighs have never looked better. But I did combine this with other workouts during the last two weeks to make it more challenging. I also did several reps of the workouts in the video.

    it honestly gets so much easier after the 2nd day. its been about 4-5 days doing this and i stopped eating after 6pm i’ve lost about 4 pounds, the changes are super noticeable after 2 days so i recommend you to try this. i hope this motivated some! 🥺💋

    Shook.. 7 days in and I see progress. These exercises are TOUGH but I do feel like its getting a little easier. I did, however, substitute some of the ab workouts, I CANNOT do the jackknives or plank pushups :'( I'll hopefully update for the full 30 days.

    Day 1: I just finished it and man the back of my thighs are BURNING jesus am i out of shape. I've started this workout before but quit after 2 weeks, so I'm trying it again now. My arms are super wobbly when I do the 2nd workout, I couldn't even do it properly at most times. Hope I improve as more days go by, if you see this please reply around this time to remind me to do the exercise, or I'll keep forgetting thanks!
    Day 2: also the same wobbly arms, planks are the bane of my existence and im not quite sure how to stretch, but I'll keep going ig
    Ok fuck i havent been doing the exercises the whole week but i dO IN FACT HAVE MY REASONS
    1. I just got my braces and I cant eat a lot which makes me kinda tired and less motivated to work out
    2. I got a fever the last few days and lost my voice so I was kinda sad throughout the days
    but i assure you, i WILL start tonight. i hope.
    OKAY so we're starting off with day 1 again.
    Day 1: I couldn't do the first part of the workout where you had to lift your arms and legs at the same time. also the plank push ups are too hard man, i always rest during that part. but after the workouts, i don't feel sore or anything. does this mean that I'm doing something wrong? i don't know much about working out but i do know you're supposed to feel the burn afterwards, right?

      Tan Aiko KEEP IT UP! I started 4 days ago, and am loving it. Usually I start and stop, quitting at the beginning of a challenge, but this one feels like THE ONE! It still hurts a lot, but I already see improvements, as I am now able to get through the whole workout without stopping the video. I am also adding in my own other things, like cardio for 3 mins or stretching.

    I havent exercised in years. Surprisingly, my abs didn't hurt as much as my arms. I need some major improvement on the Jack knives lol. Plank push ups were a big struggle, but I pushed through!

    Omg tysm. I have something called ehlers danlos syndrome where my joints just hurt a lot. I have tried physical therapy but it doesn't build up muscle at all, so my pain levels are the same. I tried to do the physical therapy exercises for abt 6 months but my pain levels are still the same. So for awhile I just didn't do any form of excerises and I got really self conscious abt my belly fat. So I found these exercises and I started doing them. I did my research on how to properly excercise in a healthy way. Since then, I've noticed a huge difference in my appearance. My family has noticed as well. I even gained muscle and I'm really happy. Thanks!

    Talk about day 1: OMG! I can't imagine it was so hard. All my body is hurting and I'm so tired. And I stopped the video a lot of times. But I'm happy, now, I'm going to dance and do something more for my abs and butt. Good luck for me, this fuc* was hard!
    Day 2: Ok, it was hard but so much easier than yesterday. In the arm's part I was stopping the video so many times and today was only 2 times. So I'm proud of me. And I was so lazy that I thought "I will not do it, it's enough. I can never do that, as always", but I did it today, and I hope I can do it tomorrow!
    Day 3: Today was good, I think. I danced and did some abs work. So I already was a little tired when I was doing this. But it was ok, I did. Third day in a row, and I'm proud of myself. I didn't see any change, but it's normal, I just wanna complete 7 days!! Hope see some differences in 1 week!
    Day 4: I don't know if I was tired of my work or whatever, but today was prettymuch. Easy but my body was tired. C'mon, it's Saturday, 4 days doing work out and whole week working 10 hours everyday. I did it, but I stopped sometimes because it was being enough for me. I don't know if tomorrow I'm going to do it. Maybe I just dance and okay. So, see me on Monday!

    I started 22.01.
    After a week i couldn’t spot a difference with the measurements but i could feel muscles in my butt and thighs.I‘m excited for the results after 2 weeks ! Results👇
    2 Weeks:
    Waist: - 2cm
    Left Thigh: no change
    Right Thigh: -1cm
    Butt: - 1cm
    Right arm: -2cm
    Left arm: -2cm
    3 Weeks: I‘m on my period so i couldn’t do my best
    Waist: -1cm
    Left Thigh:- 1,5cm
    Right Thigh: no change
    Butt: no change
    Right Arm: -0,5 cm
    Left Arm: -1cm
    4 weeks - the end result:
    Waist: 2,5 cm
    Left Thigh: - 2cm
    Right Thigh: - 1cm
    Butt: -1cm
    Right arm: - 3,5cm
    Left arm: -4cm
    I’m kinda disappointed because I thought there would be a bigger change at my Thighs and the waist. But I eat really bad so that’s maybe why.
    To put all in a nutshell I think it was for me a pretty good start even though there are not that big changes, but it helped me with getting into a routine and started to have sport as a daily thing to do.
    It’s really good for getting muscles but not for losing fat. That’s why I’m going to start to do cardio everyday for a month and then I compare it to one another.

    I’ve gotten super relaxed about diet and exercise after last Christmas and gained 10 lbs, putting me at 155 currently. (Two years ago I was 190, lost about 45 in 6 months and have been trying to maintain since) so I’m gonna start doing this + running to train for a camp I’m going to soon to hopefully get back into it. I’ll post my measurements every week and keep you posted!
    MEASUREMENTS:
    Waist- 28 in.
    Butt- 38 in.
    Left Thigh- 22.2 in.
    Right Thigh- 22.3 in.
    Left Arm- 11 in.
    Right Arm- 11.5 in.

      Omgsh I'm literally the same. What's your height? I lost around 10 pounds a couple months ago but I gained most of it back over Christmas and now weigh 154 lbs (I'm 5'4). Now I'm trying to lose 15-20 pounds. Well, good luck. Let's do this.

    I started this challenge 28/3. I’m doing this workout 3-4 times a week (I just pick random days)
    Here are my measerements before I started doing this workout.
    Right leg: 59 cm
    Left leg: 56,5 cm
    Butt: 98,5 cm
    Right arm: 26 cm
    Left arm: 25 cm
    Waist: 69 cm
    I have to say that I do work-out sometimes so I’m already quite muscular (especially my arms)
    • AFTER ONE WEEK •
    Right leg: 56,5 cm
    Left leg: 56 cm
    Butt: 97 cm
    Right arm: 26,8 cm
    Left arm: 26 cm
    Waist: 68 cm
    This week I felt a little sore, especially the second time I did this. The work-out wasn’t too hard but I definitely could feel it burning in my abs and butt.

    I’ve been doing this workout for 3 days (day and night, with an additional Kill This Love Cardio before each workout just to get warmed up) and I gotta say, the ab excercises were so hard for me to do. Especially the jack knives and side to side plank, so I’ve been subtituting them with crunches until I have enough core strength.
    For those who are completely unfit like me don’t give up! This excercise is pretty intense but they do end pretty quick and are pretty variated so I feel like the more you get used to it the more fun it is to do. I recommend pairing it up with cardio and a good diet so your body can reach its fullest potential.

    im gonna try do this every day until school begins again. i've been looking for a summer "glow up" lmao. ok so (also im gonna do all workouts apart from butt)
    DAY 1: i struggled with the first few exercises and had to pause a few times. i found the leg and arm exercises easiest; the ab ones were quite the challenge. im gonna get in the shower now lol
    DAY 2: again struggled with the first few but i did better with the crunches and planks. i still paused a few times but put more effort into the leg exercises. only managed one "circuit" of the arm exercises. already noticed a difference in how my arms held up though :) also just thought i'd add in how im gonna try and eat healthier from today along with my family as they've started slimming world,, i also just completed this workout again in the night (10:53pm) and the ab workouts were again easier. i think this workout might help me reach my body goals by the end of summer
    DAY 3: unfortunately i was busy so missed this day
    DAY 4: today was good !! i found the planks super easy today and im proud of myself. i think im gaining muscle and i love it
    DAY 5: also missed this day due to being exhausted after a busy day
    DAY 6: i completed the workout with little breaks and managed all exercises quite well. my stomach seems slimmer and i am enjoying it
    DAY 7: complete! a full week
    DAY 8: did it, yay
    DAY 9: legs are looking slimmer! stomach too

    I'm 13 and I'm overweight and I'm determined to do this every day for at least a month before school.
    Liking this comment will give me a lot of motivation.
    I don't really have anything to use to measure myself, so I'm just basing this off from observations.
    I have a lot of belly and leg fat and I'm also curvy. However, my legs are slightly muscular and my face is lightly chubby. I weigh 121.2 lbs and last time I checked I'm 5'1
    Day 1: I had to pause the video several times for three second breaks and whenever I felt like I didn't do something right, I redid the exercise, so I'm dead right now. I did cardio today and I'm starting to eat less portions than I usually do. I stretched before this workout but my body still aches especially my arms and my legs. I felt the burn, but feel fat after the workout (i always feel fat after workouts its weird and annoying). However I'm determined and forced myself to continue no matter how much pain I was in. No pain no gain! Do you guys have suggestions for diets? But I'll be updating everyday. Wish me luck :(
    Day 2: I woke up feeling sore at my stomach, back, and legs. I did some stretching and got right into the video in the morning (btw im planning to fast this month). I did the workout and my stomach hurt a bit while doing the ab exercises, but other than that the exercises are getting easier to do. I felt like I didn't do the plank push ups and jack knifes correctly so I kept on rewinding those parts for the fear of not losing any weight. I'm feeling really confident and my siblings ended up joining me after saying that this was easy. Lmao they were in pain and it was fun watching them and now I'm motivated to workout the whole month.
    Day 3: I went to the beach today for three hours ._. I also cheated and ate ice cream today, but I still did the exercise. I only did one since I took a shower and I skipped part of the abs sections because my stomach was hurting A LOT.
    Day 4: The exercise is defiantly easy now and I managed to get most of the abs done. I think I see a slight change in my arms. My arms are sticks but I think I see some muscle developing. :) GUYS I LOST TWO POUNDS I AM 119 POUNDS NOW!! MY GOAL IS 100 BUT I DONT WANT TO PUT MY HOPES TOP HIGH!!!
    Day 5: I was gonna make this my rest day, but I did the workouts anyway. The workouts have become so easy that I’ve started to become worried about whether or not I’m doing them hard enough!! I weigh 118 before I eat and 119 when I’m full!!! However my sister baked something and I couldn’t resist the urge to eat it :( Now I am 121 pounds! I guess little things go a long way. I love myself as I am, but I would love to be skinny enough to wear crop tops! I did the excersise twice today and the abs only once though.
    Day 6: So apparently it’s not normal to gain two pounds in a day or something, so i came to the conclusion that the scale I have is malfunctioning which make sense since my siblings like to jump on it and throw it (I honestly don’t know why 😂😭). I was planning to make this my rest day, but I was scared that I would not feel like doing it tmrw. Tmrw is gonna be my rest day and hopefully I will eat healthy the whole day. I was planning to do cardio today, but I literally only had two meals today and I ate banana bread 😭 I should really stop eating bad food. I literally can’t resist eating banana bread and ice cream and sometimes bread. I did the exercises once and I almost go through it once!!!
    Day 7: 1 WEEK YAY! Today was my rest day. I overall ate healthy today! My stomach and thighs defiently got slimmer but my stomach is still fat and so are my legs. My arm are still sticks, but I can actually muscle when I flex but its only after I workout.
    Day 8: I did the exercise once today as well as a little bit of cardio. I want to do cardio and weight lifting because I want to get more of a change in my body. My legs are slightly slimmer and my stomach is defiantly slimming, but I don't think three minutes is enough for my abs, but I hate cardio because it's SOOOO tiring :(
    Day 9: I've noticed that I'm not so sore as I used to be after doing workouts, and I think that's a sign I should be doing more. I did the exercise twice today. However, I kinda over ate a little bit and I had a piece of apple pie today which I ended up not liking which made me feel fat after because I could have ended up not eating it :(
    Day 10: Today I'm having visitors, so I'll try to squeeze in cardio today or some weight lifting. I looked at my body today, and I am happy that I have lost weight especially at my abs even though I haven't been working my abs a lot rather than this workout. I've come to the point where I would feel comfortable wearing a crop top. My legs are still fat though because when I bend them fat is on the side :( I did the exercise twice today and I had a piece of cake for a celebration (srry I couldn't resist).
    Starting from today I am going to make a countdown of how many days before school starts:
    SEVENTEEN DAYS BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS
    Day 11:
    SIXTEEN DAYS BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS
    Yesterday I was feeling lazy so it ended up being my rest day. However, I did dance for a good amount of times and was sweating so much after it. I didn't do this exercise, but I did bits of ab workouts. I should really do cardio one day :(
    Day 12:
    FIFTEEN DAYS BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS
    I ate healthy today (except for a piece of candy) and did this exercise twice today.
    Day 13:
    FOURTEEN DAYS BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS (TWO WEEKS!!!)
    My mom bought french fries today, but I didn't eat them!!! :) I did the exercise two times today.
    Day 14:
    THIRTEEN DAYS BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS
    YAY ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS SINCE I'VE BEEN WORKING OUT!!! I did the workout once today.
    Day 15:
    TWELVE DAYS BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS
    Today was my rest day because I had to go on a road trip and I came back tired.
    Day 16:
    ELEVEN DAYS UNTIL SCHOOL STARTS
    I went to a cookout today, but I forced myself to do the excersise twice today.
    Day 17:
    TEN DAYS UNTIL SCHOOL STARTS
    I did the exercise once today
    Day 18:
    NINE DAYS UNTIL SCHOOL STARTS
    I did the exercise once today, but I did it late at night so I technically didn’t do it today. I noticed that I have been lacking and procrastinating my workouts so I’m going to be doing them earlier.
    Day 19:
    EIGHT DAYS UNTIL SCHOOL STARTS
    I did the workout twice today. I noticed I am not as skinny as before and I might be overeating but I’m eating healthy.
    Day 20:
    SEVEN DAYS UNTIL SCHOOL STARTS

      Don’t starve yourself. Just cut out sweets, soda, eat less bread, and drink lots of WATER!! It also helps with your muscles. Eat more protein, fruits, and veggies. And have a rest day at least once a week it helps your muscles recover. And make sure to eat all of your meals, don’t skip:

    I'm 14, 5'4-5'6 ish, weighed myself on 5 july 2019 and was 58kg/128 lb.
    I enjoy sports but usually sit around all day over the weekends, holidays and after school which gave me big thighs however i do have a quite slim waist from walking to school (1 hour there and back). i want to be around 55kg/121lb by 18 august which is when i go on holiday. i'm not changing my diet however i do try to eat atleast 5 fruits a day and occasionally eat banana on toast.
    I have been doing this workout before i posted on here for 3 days so i can't post them however i would say i am fit enough to go through this workout without taking breaks which i have done since i started.
    day 1: no breaks needed, easy i guess.
    day 2: same as day 1
    day 3: same as the days above
    day 4: my back seems a bit sore when i try to reach for something above head height but besides that, breaks weren't necessary.
    day 5: the abs/love handles exercises are getting easier, also for the arms i hold 500ml bottles when doing it.
    day 6: same as day 5
    day 7: was feeling lazy and not going to bother but then realised today would've made it a week of doing this workout which definitely motivated me, this shows that you should always find a motivation to do anything
    day 8: have sports day tomorrow and i'm doing a lot of track and field so this gave me an incentive (motive) to do this workout

    i'm going to start this challenge on 3.1.2019!! i'm at a good weight for my height right now so i'm not exactly looking to lose weight, just to get a bit more toned than i am right now. at this point in time, i don't work out almost at all minus walking sometimes. this is the only work out i'm going to be doing, and i'm not going to change anything about my diet. my measurements are;
    week zero:
    - waist: 26.5 inches (67.3cm)
    - left arm: 11.5 inches (29.2cm)
    - right arm: 11.25 inches (28.6cm)
    - butt: 34.25 inches (87cm)
    - left thigh: 20.25 inches (51.4cm)
    - right thigh: 19.5 inches (49.5cm)
    height/weight: 5'0, 103.7 lbs (152.4cm, 47 kg)
    i will update next at the end of the night on 3.7.2019!!

    day 1: hips 106 cm
    waist 82 cm
    left leg 64 cm
    rigth leg 65.5 cm
    right arm 36 cm
    left arm 36.5 cm
    I didn't do the planks and the rainbow thingy because i literally had no strength, and also had to pause kinda frecuently between the other excercises. I had no form and I think I did them all wrong. I feel all jittery and like I might throw up, but to be fair I did this after just drinking coffee, might try it again later today on an empty stomach. Wish me luck!!!

      Please don’t do this on an empty stomach that’ll make you want to throw up even more!! I recommend that you eat like breakfast or like dinner or whatever and wait a little like 20-30 min before exercising because then you’ll feel energized but you aren’t working on a full stomach!! Hope this helps❤️❤️
