Did you resign bro I have also completed 19 months and want to resign for health and personal reasons, are they asking for any money for bond breakage and is it 50K or will it be 16K as 2 months will be remaining to complete 2 years in Capgemini
@@Abhishek-bk3be it will be counted as 2 months, you don't have to pay 50k. You just need to pay for 2 months. Still i suggest you contact hr and ask for the final amount.

Yes, I got support calls, but I rejected like 3 project saying I can get Developer Project. Now I'm about to resign, will I get Notice period of 3 months or atleast 2 or even 1 month.
@@shadowplay0606 i have little knowledge about notice period.but as a permanent full time employee there will be 3 mnth notice period if you are in a project. If on the bench then if your manager agrees you can get an early release.

Pretty sure bond amounts are not a legal practice in India or globally.
Hence it is recovered as L&D expense instead of being called as bond
