    Love this talk. I'm 46 and lift 2xs a week, eat healthy fantastic food, supplement with bioidentical hormones, I drink homemade kefir, get my blood tested faithfully every 6 months, I rebound on David Halls cellersizer daily. I feel freaking fantastic! Bone density test showed 100% density 🎉

    Weird question here: I have been experiencing sweating hot flashes due to menopause. Am I getting any health benefits from this?

      No! Your estradiol is dropping out. It needs replacing. There are no health benefits to loosing our hormones.

    Loose the grains, not the meats! Grains are used to fatten up livestock - and they fatten us as well. 😐
