Yeah lol when other heroes like wanwan, guin, etc that got limited and legend skin or even collector, moonton will 4 sure buff them. But when it comes to Hanabi moonton's such a selfish bitch.

At least for now hanabi has something special that can help her during this current meta,this really help for her passive since it gives her shield for her lifesteals. For now,we just gotta build her mana and attk speed items and not just haa’s claw or dhs. And we can now have a slot for even 2 or 1 defense item. This gives her an oppurtunity to last longer in teamfights and not just die easily because of some tank. She now can be used (if ever someone uses her ) and having this talent system helps her a lot,but,she still needs a revamp MOONTON c’mon.
Tbh, she's still effective when there is a good tank in your team. I am still using her whenever I'm playing with my squadmates. But in solo, I don't always use her since it's very hard laning against meta marksmen.
this would be great for mm like clint and brody, it would be nice for them to sustain more although i like the fighter emblem, i dont really use it for them since it doesnt give movement speed and makes me an easy target. im okay with playing safe than sustain while being slow but overall i'd be glad to add that to my talent for themm

I really don't think hanabi was meant to be played all-in damage. Maybe try with: -Red boots -Scarlet Phatom -Berserk's fury -Haas' Claw -Oracle -Demonic wings You trade some damage for a hell lot of sustainability.
It's not "some damage" but "no damage" 💀, As Marksman users, i know what every mm build and Hanabi is not like brody,beatrix or karrie. mm ADC(atk dmg crit) and have no escape skill like hanabi, irithel, layla, etc need at least 4 atk item for dmg. When u only equip scarlet phantom, berserker furry and has claw, u have no dmg to kill enemy fighter or even tank😅.

Apparently for 6 years now, moonton still did not nerf the spellvamp mechanics. Just like magic lifesteal, it was suppose to be for single target skill for it to take full effect, and only 33% effective for AoE skills. They forgot all about it, instead they put this 33% on some assassins like lance's 2nd skill and was on OG Saber's 1st skill How did i know this? As for Magic lifesteal coding: it was the same on League of Legends, full effect for single target and 33% on AoE. They simply copy the coding. As for spellvamp: this does not exist on League of Legends, so its new and they dont have the coding for it. So it takes full effect on both single target and AoE Skills.
I gotta main Hanabi again. I just can't wait for the revamp. I used Hanabi on ranked and I was a huge target. I tried using flicker but it cut my attack speed since in my glory days I used to use Inspire. But when I use Inspire, I'm a sitting duck.

Considering how weak hanabi is on the current meta. On the release of the new talents system I hope they make this positive change towards hanabi rather than fixing. It is not entirely broken but it does help hanabi a lot especially on the laning phase to sustain herself and during teamfights you'll have to focus on her more than you did before because of the lifesteal/spellvamp talent effect on her. She's still weak if compared to wanwan and beatrix so much change is valid and justified.
Now the only thing I want is that Moonton doesn't change her first skill into passive. Then the spell vamp won't work and it will be a lot difficult for her to push as if the petals always bounce and you can't turn it off then while pushing target the petals are gonna bounce on enemies always and the turrets are gonna target you even if there are minions. I hope they won't do it. But I heard about them changing her first skill into passive.

Hanabi's first skill should just be treated as an enhancement to basic attack. That's why she can easily be countered with antique cuirass and its making her weak af. I miss the old hanabi, if I remember it right, her attack could bounce up to 7 times and the damage reduction per bounce used to be only 5% per bounce.
You can be killed by the burst damage hero like vale,aurora… with that build. And it’s easy to counter with dominance ice, sea halberd, so you don’t have to much damage with that build too.
Perhaps Moonton is waiting for Riot's next legal actions until we get Hanabi's deserve revamp crown. It's long overdue already since the voting and yet Moonton prioritizes bullshit events rather than focusing on the improvements of each champions. Like come on.. 🤦🏻♂️

Hanabi's basic attack has 80% lifesteal ratio, and the bouncing petals from 1st skill has 30% lifesteal ratio.

You should definitely try this on Alice, ruby, hylos and especially belerick. The result is amazing
But Spellvamp doesn't work on Alice,Hylos and Belerick. They go with magic damage.
