I am using it for the first time and the jury is out at present. The vacuum is a little loud but that's ok and having a cat - it seems to attract the fur to it which is good - but the downside is as many pet owners may know - fur can get into small spaces that a vacuum cannot get to unless you just use the nozzle rather than the vacuum head. For a lightweight it is pretty heavy and I still suspect my back is going to hurt by the time I am through -
I actually really like this.. I had a bissell crosswave that was just over $250 the cheapest one.. I got it in December and I used it every single week through my whole house and it only last time next October.. I had to do so much to clean it and sometimes after I cleaned I would wipe something up and my floors were still dirty!.. I think steam would work really well and it's not as bulky and you don't need to use a bunch of chemicals.. I'm getting this 😅.
Yes I thought right away it's not good for carpet. But still vacuuming and moping in hard floor in the same time would be awesome. I have 3 little kids and it sounds like a dream :-)
Hi I am about to order my second Pet Symphony. I had one of the first ones from years ago. My first unit has been used over the years with 3 Boxers on tile and wooden sealed floors, It has worked for many years. To empty the unit just left your unit to your sink and hold the unit upside down and let it drain. Very easy to do. I am 67 and I have no problems to empty the unit. Do not let any water sit in your unit after you are done. Also regular swifter disposal pads work great. Jewel, Walmart and Target carries them.
Great demonstration. I didn’t realize that this could be a regular vacuum on carpet as well.
🤔 you’re right this is a great thing to use to prevent the kids from getting sick
Thanks.
Thank you! How would you de-carbonize it after using tap water for several years?

Does Bissell Symphony suck liquids such as water, milk, etc.
No
Could anyone else see all the dirt it left on the carpet? And when she said no streaks they zoomed out because there was milk streaks. 😂

It’s a great thing.
Nobody shows how to empty the dirty water..why is there a problem?
It does not create dirty water, this is a steamer not a carpet wet vac
My won't steam
How do you empty the water if not used

Why cant you let the water sit in after use?@ralphmcdonald1971
Never show the steam and vacuum on the carpet.
When vacuum and mopping it pushes the first to the end doesn't pickup it up
12:26 Did she said 1500 Amps 😏
Time to upgrade my service panel from a 200 amp to 1500 amp 3 phase 480 volt service....gotta get those clean floors :)))
PLEASE NOTE: SWIFFER HAS DISCONTINUED THE DISPOSABLE PADS FOR THIS STEAM CLEANER/VACUUM.
😭
Vacuum is toooooo loud
I just purchased this, & it's actually not that great. 🤷🏾♀️
What is not good about it?
