"3 All the Way" - Olneyville's New York System Weiners Win James Beard Award

- When you think of weiners, you don't think Culinary Excellence (unless you're a Rhode Island Native) but don't tell that to the original Olneyville New York System as they've won a James Beard Award for their classic New York System weiners!
Worth the trip from anywhere.
Was there last month. Ordered two "all the way". My dad first took me there since the early 1970's.
The employees were fantastic! Nick is keeping them all in line. All part of the experience.
I miss those gut busters, and RI.

Growing up in RI we had 3 weiner all owned by Greeks2 for a quarter and a coffee milk. Great memory

The weiners are good but the best dogs are Michigans from Busters in Bristol CT. But they now charge like five bucks a hot dog. The outdoor line goes to the street.

Ha! They *do* have coleslaw! The painted menu sign above the counter (@3:12) says slaw included w/their $6.99 fish & chips! Perhaps just not an option for their hotdogs! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
