1:12 I just realized that he was telling them how glad he was to partake in switching with chowder and that he enjoyed their company in a way that they mistook it as creepy. Chowder was great in its context and characters.
Some of them describe their designs. Truffles is a type of mushroom, Mung's nose is shaped like a bean, Chowder is a soup (and Gumbo is a soup made of beans, so he looks like Chowder and Mung combined), Gorgonzola is a cheese (so he's a rat), Gazpacho is also a soup and is best friends with Chowder. That's all that come to mind.
As much development he received, I feel like his continuation was a bit butchered compared to how his character was initially introduced. And would love to see how things were originally planned.
I genuinely think Chowder made foreign language content more accessible to me, because is included characters that you can't understand and arent given subtitles. Forcing you to rely on the characters Intonation and the context of the situation to understand them.
