The worst guide. You remove the basket for litter before lifting the rake. And remove basket with litter after the rake lifted. So where do you think the litter will go after lifting the rake?
@@vyciouskitten7518 Hi there! Have you tried press both thumbs on both the buttons at right and left? The claw is released once you do that. You may need to pull hard enough tho because there might be some levels of deformation since the connection part is plastic.

Hi there! Have you tried placing it next to the old litter box? Adding some of the old litter may also help. If your cats seem intimidated by the sound, try powering it off initially and give them a few days to adjust.
My litter stopped working after only one month. I have rheumatoid arthritis and bought it to help my work load too. I have done my research before hand and there doesn’t seem to be any major issues. Now I am stressed and angry. I have contacted you already 6 times. I have been wanting to return it but no such luck since it is almost impossible to get a response. I will post on the business bureau website. Don’t buy this litter.
The same thing happened to me. I did my research beforehand and didn't see any bad reviews this was a year ago and a half ago and now im having problems with it I've contacted them and they answered but then stopped. It works sometimes, but other times it doesn't, and now I'm scared it's gonna stop working when there inside so I'm switching to one that doesn't have a door.

Mine won’t manually scoop… i turn the off button and manual scoop and the rake won’t lift.
I can't pull out the claw. 😢

My cats won't even go in this thing but hopefully the unscented litter will get them in there
