manual is terrible and straight up incorrect

I used mine for less than two weeks and then the door stopped closing. Even if I push it into place, it won't actualy shut all the way, it sits about an inch away from the opening and the rake cannot do the full cycle. It won't shut when starting the cleaning cycle either. So frustrating I wish I could get my money back.

This might be the most useless video. A little spot? Pop it out? What?

Having same problem. Less than 6 months and it won’t rake. Customer service is frustrating but after 2 weeks of emailing, they finally told me what’s wrong and how to fix it. Took another 2 weeks to get the parts. Today we are attempting to fix it. We shall see. It’s ridiculous to spend this much money and have it break down so soon.

Yes it works, there is a switch in mine, have to hold it for a couple of seconds and it comes down.

bad product, not working, wasted 3 hours of my time trying to figure it out. Poor communication with customer service which is email only, they get back to you every 3 days. not worth the money!

how much they pay you for this commercial ? it’s a scam and doesn’t work trust me look up reviews before purchase. you get what you pay for. a headache from china.

I have it, and even with the blue sand stills smells, anybody has a better idea to reduce the smell. The robot idea is fine.

Don't buy this it doesn't work, and they will talk to you for a minute. Once you try everything they say and it still doesn't work, they stop talking to you

This product has a lot of problems and the customer service are not engaging. I had to go back to regular litter box after spending a lot of money to get this. It sometimes doesnt clean and i have to clean it manually and now the rake is stuck in the middle even though i can see it moving properly when the door is closed. I will never recommend this product to anyone.

Quand ça ne marche plus et que le râteau bloque n’y aucun moyen de le réparer car c’est 300€ foutu à la poubelle et le vendeur ne veux rien savoir sachant que l’appareil était garanti jusqu’au 23 septembre 2024 et j’ai eu le souci le 05.10.2024 il m’ont renvoyé un carte et le moteur mais la notice expliquant le changement de moteur n’est très clair de plus quand je les aient contacté car le râteau coinçait je n’ai plus de nouvelle donc je déconseille d’acheter ce type de litière car beaucoup de personnes ont eux des problèmes avec

Fixed the door problem, but not the rake problem

I have had decent customer service, but damned if my motor doesn’t have the screws so how the hell am I supposed to remove it?

fixed my door problem very easily. ( Door was stuck open and would not close on its own ) With the door open, I unplugged the machine. I then found the small safety switch and sprayed it with electronic contact cleaner, while pushing the switch several times. Let it dry for a minute and plugged it back in....works normally now.

She turned off the cleaning light. Surely if you activate cleaning mode you turn that light on? 🤔

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT. This product hasn’t worked since day one. Half a dozen emails sent, no fix in sight. Have requested to return for refund. Nothing from Elspet!

My litter stopped working after only one month. I have rheumatoid arthritis and bought it to help my work load too. I have done my research before hand and there doesn’t seem to be any major issues. Now I am stressed and angry. I have contacted you already 6 times. I have been wanting to return it but no such luck since it is almost impossible to get a response. I will post on the business bureau website. Don’t buy this litter.

Don’t buy! I had mine 2 months and the step and door broke. Not worth it and it’s hard to control the odor as the plastic litter cover holds the odor even with an enzyme cleaner! Save your money !!

Mine won’t manually scoop… i turn the off button and manual scoop and the rake won’t lift.

My cats won't even go in this thing but hopefully the unscented litter will get them in there

Hello I keep pressing the litter box to clean and all it does is turn green and act like it’s going to clean and then it stops and beeps again and then turns red, how do i fix this?

I experienced problem #1, to fix it I cleaned all 6 sensors. I initially thought there were only 4 however there are 2 more hidden on either side of the rake that I had to reach into with a q-tip to clean. If you watch the video that shows the sensors being replaced from the control panel side with the 4 buttons and power input the hidden sensor is to the right of the motor. So one sensor by the handle, one sensor for the scoop/rake which can be seen to the right of the motor in the video "How to Replace the Infrared Sensing Module" , and one behind the motor itself. And again id assume there are 3 more in the same positions on the other side.

Twice a week? or once every two weeks?

Just bough this brand new, did the steps, then when I plug it in all I get it's a constant blue light, nothing happens after that, no matter what I do, all I get it's a blue light, this thing don't work at all.

You can't see a fucking thing you're doing

Not worth the purchase. Broke right after the warranty. Now I have to manually clean up an over +$200 litter box when I could have just kept my cheap little plastic one. Almost everyone is having the same rake/sensor issue. Customer service is terrible. There is no phone number to call. It’s been three weeks of me trying to get replacement parts. Buy a Litter Robot!
