If wife undergoes tubectomy operation male employee can be granted 3working days. If second day is (sunday holiday) then leave can be extended to till Tuesday? i.e. saturday, monday and Tuesday (3working days) employee avails 4days including Sunday is this correct or not?

Guruji my son appointed as an art teacher in added college Janta Inter College Aseni Auriaya district Uttar Pradesh on 11/12/2018 in Dying and harness rules. He has been expired on 29-4-2021 without a corona checkup. He was doing election duty. His wife pension has been sanctioned 30% and not enhanced pension 50% for 10years. No dead gratuity has been sanctioned. I sincerely request you kindly give rules and advice. Tej Bahadur Singh
