Great vid man! Been watching you since around the time you got the Shordie Shordie placement, glad to see you still killing it! One thing to note also is the threshold on each clipper. FL is by default -4.4dB, while T-Racks is -6dB. The threshold can definitely have an effect on how quickly the clipper starts noticably distorting, but I feel like 1.6dB wasn't a huuuge enough difference to tell
imma put yall on!!USE "fruity balance" before fl soft clipper and u can max out the gain on the fruity balance (5.6db) It changed the quality for my beats!! and a small tip you can add a lil fruity blood overdrive for some nice warmth! We all go make it gang!

So i think you can put parameteic eq2 before the fruity soft clipper and use the gain knob on eq2 to use as input gain for fruity soft clipper,i have been using this trick for long time and ita WOOOORK❤
for better results with the t racks clipper use the slopeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Soft clipper version is better because you can controll what triggers the clipping via the PE2
Sometimes I don't really put soft clipper or a limiter on my beats and they still sound good..
Depends where you play your beats, you cant get a loud track without a limiter/clipper as the peaks will hit in the red and if you make music t9 be played by djs in a club or on any loud system, it was either sound really quiet or really distorted and basically terrible, i learned that the hard way in a club...
The limiter is to keep your beat from distorting when its converted to an mp3. Your beat could totally be ruined if its hitting above zero just throw the limiter on there to prevent this but it dosnt have to be doing anything just as overload protection
I have been following your videos for years. I have got a lot tricks and tips from you over the years. i think you should try Gold clip and K clip as well in a future video.

На самом деле низкие частоты очень становятся гудящими, его можно использовать новичкам пока не вникнут как обработать бит красиво и чтобы все частоты звучали гармонично! А если хотите годный звук на мастере лучше самому выкрутить регулятор, чтобы не превышало 0 db после полного сведения и мастеринга. А лучше с начала перед мастером оставлять запас громкости, так как после работы с мастер плагинами у вас за счёт украса звука будет микс громче!

I like Gclip better than both of them and its free! 🔥🔥 I just dropped a video about it. In your case I would have picked the T-racks as well its closer to a hard clip so its punchier than fruity soft clipper

yes . soft clipper , fl compressor , soft clipper , fl compressor, fl limiter ceiling -0.1/-0.3 db ...... -5 LUFS easily
But y’all know t rack have high pass to 50hz build inside and shift your sub? 😬😬😬😬😬 check with plugin doctor
And you push into softclipper 2x harder than t racks, its not sound better just louder = and you think is better.
