I picked up a clean (garage kept, old guy clean) stock 2005 C6 manual 6 speed, LS2 with 115k miles for just over $10k after TTL. I spent every day looking and as soon as I saw that I popped on it. I wanted a later one for the LS3 but I have a fully built LS3 with cams and heads sitting in the garage for a project car that I have switched directions so this winter I'll probably swap out the LS2 and put it in it's place. So far this car has been my daily driver for 6 months now and I am about to hit my first 10k miles on it. Fun, fun but I want Mo POwa Babeh!

I'm curious as well. I didn't even plan to build it but I do a lot of media work for automotive companies and my buddy who is an engine builder wanted to "trade" and I made several videos for him and he built the motor out so I'll let you know how it goes haha.
I got a ls2 for 13k its as clean as the car u looked at at 12:44 its sooooooo fucken clean and its white interior!!! Only problem its salvage lol but its clean!!! 👌 rides goood
The C6 Corvette, I wouldn't spend more than 15,000 tops for an manual and that's the bottom line. C5, I wouldn't pay more than 10,000 for and that's the bottom line!!!
2004 was the last year of the LS1 like the GTO, 2005 and up came with the LS2. Great work my dude, love your work.

They definitely don't come with the ls1 😂😂 and the ls2 is a really good strong motor and responds very well with mods!

in my experience you are wrong about the roof panel and mirror - both are rock solid in my 2011 c6.
they definitely improved the quality as the years went on, this issue was mainly reported for earlier model c6 vettes.

Unless it is a Z06.
05-07 is a ls2 6.0 and 08-13 ls3 6.2 for the base models same for 2010 grand sport ls3.

The automatics are faster. They are more expensive (not less). They are more desirable than the manual (not less).
It's a matter of taste. Personally, I would pay 3k or 4k more for a manual easily.
