As a background info: Samsung had the first version of this latest since Galaxy S5! If you took a shot in Selective Focus (their portrait mode at that time) , the Gallery app allowed you to change the fokus point, or to fokus on background and foreground at the same time.
This is the type of content we want to see. Kudos to you. If possible, make a video highlighting the differences between an app on iOS and Android. For example, how Netflix is like on Android vs on iOS
@@DrAlyElashry there is some slight difference though! I think the spot-fixing feature mentioned in the Samsung gallery at 21:23 is to fix the 'problems' in the face. Anyway, I'm a Pixel 7 Pro user and loved the comparison between all three phones, but I wish the unique and enhanced features of other phones were also available on the P7Pro 😊
The comparison details were clear and concise. I am lucky to have both Samsung gallery and Google photos. Also, thanks to you, I found the option of changing background in Samsung Gallery and now I can brag about this feature in front of iphone friends.
Google Photos can convert a Photo from Portrait to Landscape too, but the option only shows up after selecting "Original" instead of "Free" in the menu, "Flip to landscape" will show up. :)
Never knew about all these features... I have been using external apps for these functions while i never knew they existed within these inbuilt apps... Thanks for the extended reviews
These are the the kind of stuff we want to see before getting a handset... Not some chipset specs that bout 80% of buyers don't know nothing bout... Thanks man you're awesome!
Good job comparing them, 17:18 Just a heads-up the color spot option on samsumg gallery is not the same as color focus on google photos On google photos the app it self detects an object and gives you the ability to control how intense the effect is, but in samsung gallery its a tool to select a color range to pop in the picture while dimming the other colors
I'm surprised how little I can find about the Samsung Gallery style feature on TH-cam. It's an amazing feature I didn't even know I had until a few months ago.
21:50 Did you know you can convert photos to pdf in Samsung gallery? You can use that pfd as a background in Samsung Notes esp if you want a landscape notepad.
On 17:07 I think the spot color on which only makes the person in color exist on samsung's gallery app too, as long as you use portrait mode, it'll only spot the person and Everything else in the background is all in black and white
Me personally, I like Google photos editing tool tbh. I recently got an iPhone 12 and I hate hate hate the editing tools they have and how everything is organized.
Great video ! Do want to point out that some of the Google Photos features are likely only available on a Pixel. They require a Google One subscription to get access to on non-Pixel Android phones.
Congratulations Samsung. Still, I'm very pleased with my P6P 😊. As basically a point and shoot Fan, I have to admit I don't always manage to appreciate what to me are an overwhelming amount of options. On iPhone, you mentioned the editing option where you can edit a photo and auto paste that edit to any other photo without you having to edit it separately
