What’s really sad is that this story isn’t even unique.
I don’t mean to take anything away from Jeff and how he feels about this but there are many Australians let down by that very same ‘justice’ system.
This is not the Australia I grew up in!

I had some things stolen from my property before. You report it for insurance, but you have absolutely no expectations that anything will happen. But that's fine, because you expect that with limited resources that the police would be looking into things like this.
But to hear they're not... I'm so sorry to hear your story mate, I really hope this turns around for you
