    From my personal experience, social skills and communication are very important in another way from what you have described even though what point you mention are very important. With the current tech industry is trending towards AI the abstraction layer is getting larger and in my opinion it is very important for a tester to understand the working of any software or tool by getting involved in the entire process from design to customer feedback and support for with the above skills are extremely important. Else testing will more trend towards black box testing which in my opinion is not good for a tester's career

      I like how you brought up AI. Learning how to work with AI (and being context-aware of it including knowing where we should utilise it and where human input is best), is going to be helpful for our careers for sure.
