I think I got more than what I was looking for! Really liked how you explained every detail from the placements to the position of your items and rationale - Especially the tip you gave on separating the kitchen and the coffee bar from one another. Will certainly pluck some ideas from this video to improve my current home setup. P.S. Currently studying your videos on how you do your latté art. Hope you’ll release a video that explains the details and steps of pouring nice and simple latté art in the future! 감사합니다!

Dust pan and brush I got I think at Khartoum and the timer and scale combo is Acaia ☕🌈

Hi, may i ask whats yr brand and model of yr espresso machine?
Nice setup. How is your experience with sette 270Wi? Do you have to add the shim right after purchase? I have mine and it seems the grind not fine enough for the espresso using bottomless vst 18gr with 18gr dose. I couldn’t get 9 bar.
Try to email Baratza customer center via email. They are quick in response 🌞👍I didn't have to do anything with mine from the start.

Hi My Luu, sorry for the late reply. The scale is from Acaia, the grinder is Baratza SetteWi, the machine is Nuova Oscar 2 ❣ Hope it helped 🙂❣

What espresso machine do you have? Fellow barista here moving to Washington and I'm looking for a decent espresso machine with a nice steam wand!
This one in the video is NuovaSimonelli Oscar 2. It really was a great machine for the price range. It is in Australia around 1600aud. Now, I've upgraded to La Marzocco Linea Mini which is around 6000aud. If you are after a great steamer - better than Breville - I would definitely recommend Oscar 2 👍
