This is a great morning routine for quarantine! One of the best morning routines 2020 on youtube. Morning routines for successful people are very important in improving your life. This includes stretching routines for beginners, this stretching routine will improve flexibility. This last includes meditation for beginners. Use this morning routine for success everyday and increase flexibility and reduce anxiety from meditation. - บันเทิง
I think I just found a kindred spirit. I just turned 60, and I’ve been doing a yoga stretching routine for the past six years. The gains in flexibility, balance and strength have been remarkable. I’m also a big fan of The Untethered Soul. It’s truly a “read it again” kind of book. I try to read it annually.
I have one recommendation - when counting, consider counting your breaths. It helps you be more mindful and present in the moment, and you can vary the length of a routine by counting four, or six, or maybe eight breaths for every stretch.

Not sure why but I cried tears of joy during the meditation. This is exactly what I needed. I am finally moving out of my parents home this week, and so much emotion and limiting beliefs around money have been coming up for me. I've been meditating, holding space for myself, reminding myself that I am resourceful daily, and making sure to always take time to take care of myself. It's scary, but I GOT THIS!! I can handle it. I have figured everything out in my life up until this point .. why not this!? Thank you for this amazing video.

Feeling good...63 year old and going through the worst time in my life with knee pain for over a year. Nothing has helped and according to my doc I do not need surgery, so frustrating pain is unbearable at times. Started several of your stretching exercises couple of months ago I’m gaining more mobility and knees are slowly strengthening. Not 100% recovery but I can feel it coming thanks to you...so grateful I found your channel God Bless and thank you for giving me hope through exercise.

IMO this channel's best video. Just playing this video and listening is enough to set your mind in the right place to start your day. The excerpt from The Untethered Soul teaches you about letting go of unnecessary energy. The stretch routine is physically releases that energy. And the meditation is just the icing on the cake. I encourage everyone to play this video and follow along every day, no matter if its in the morning or at night. Its perfect.

Hey Josh! I found your channel through your Primal Movements video, about a year ago, and then a month or so later, I watched your daily stretching routine video! [referring to the video which has the Kit Laughlin glute stretch and that amazing 90-90 pigeon stretch]. I've been doing everything from that video, almost every day for the past 9-10 months now and boy, has it changed my life!
Also, I've learnt so much from the content in your other videos as well.
But this video, today, hit me differently! It was like you spoke to me, directly and I'm talking about the stuff you said in the beginning of the video. I've been on a spiritual journey for while now with meditation and self exploration and I've been documenting a lot of my thoughts as well, but what you said about understanding that 'YOU ARE NOT THE VOICE, but the ONE THAT NOTICES THE VOICE', gave me so much clarity!

Almost sounds like the "power of now" book. He talks about observing the ego and acknowledging it. Great video of stretching flows. I have shreaded 10kg in 3 months with only stretching, no workouts. 125kg to 115kg. Came across you guys when I was researching about bars a few months back and bought second hand hip height bars. What a fabulous combo of your choice of reading from "Untethered Soul", to the perfectly paced stretching routine, to the calming and grounding closing meditation! And the hair! Be still my heart! This is my 4th day of following your offerings, and I've already noticed that I have greater flexibility and less pain when I get up in the morning. I've shared in other videos that I'm 62, STILL recovering from back surgery of 2020... the changes have been aging and demoralizing. The challenges of these past few years are finally beginning to really turn around! I still nurture the lifelong dream to hike the Pacific Crest Trail, or at least a good stretch of it. Never say never!! Thank you SOOO much!

I honestly have been watching this video every morning for a week, when he’s actually stretching I’ve learned I’m not physically there yet to do all his poses so I do my own which have worked for me, his voice is so soothing, I have made a few poses Staples in my every day stretching + meditation. !!

I can't thank you enough... I'm 33 years old and I have abused my body with mountain biking surfing you name it, dislocated my back broke every bones and funny part I always laughed at people that stretches. Few months ago I could not walk anymore I was never able to even bend to reach my knee it's how stiff I'm.

It's the end of the day and i fell horrible so i did this. And all my anxiety and the frustrated feeling went away. It even made me sleepy riggt before bed 😴

In glad I've found your channel, used to do a heap of powerlifting with no stretching. I then stopped training due to mental health issues that came on me, now my body is a mess, very calming channel and your voice draws you in to the video. great Channel man!!

You helped take me out of my comfort zone and today I need it, as I was unexpectedly terminated at my job of 8 years. Many unseen blessings to come but today you reminded me to celebrate my power. 🙏
Before i grabed my morning cigarete, i wanted to see if i could do something before that, ive never done a real stretching before in my life (27 Male) and i always feel stiff even going out in the for a week now for 30min -1hour and doing some exercises, i need to start somewhere, i might not be overweight but i'm stiff and always feel tired, especially in the morning i need 3hours 2 cigarettes and a coffee to wake up at least a bit..thx to you i'm awake! Sadly i'm unable to meditate because of my imagination, but i never needed it, neither for poker nor for work luckily. But i never felt more alive and able to run and jump than today, it's insane and this day will be so much better i can feel it!
Your imagination shouldnt be bad for meditation. Meditation isnt about thinking nothing. Its more about finding and comforting your inner voice. So dont fight, what you are inside. Welcome it! Imagination is a beautiful thing!
Many people should be careful though, that there imagination isnt programmed by the many screens we are looking at through the day. If you feel like you cant meditate, maybe thats the real reason.
So just try to give yourself the time to be inside. Then your brain does, what your brain does. Dont fight it. And through time it will chance and evolve for sure. And so will your meditation experience. :)
@@alexanderrau6356 Sorry alex, i have many youtube accounts and change from time to time..to make content, but what you said really hits me, maybe there is something to what you said and maybe i should just try to relax instead of thinking about it like meditation, but rather as something that gives me comfort while being with my own thoughts to calm myself. This is really an awesome video. A perfect routine to do everyday. It’s easy stretching, doesn’t take too long to do, and the 5 mins of meditation at the end is a great way to finish everything up. I feel great every day after doing this

Just want to thank you today I decided to make a change in my life for good. This really helped I realized how much my body needed stretching and self care as I was struggling through the stretches. I also got feelings that I am good enough and to be the observer of thoughts and not become the thoughts. Such a great video and help to the start of my journey 👽❤️
